How can 5 people be cleaning the inside of your car and it's still dirty after you get in?? It was the worst $46 I have ever spent on a car wash! You're better off going to the car wash at Exxon for the exterior and then cleaning the inside yourself, which I did after I got home!

My family has come here for years and I've watched the customer service plummet year after year. We pay the monthly fee and have for years, even though they do a poor job. The proximity to our home is what has kept us here. I dropped our membership to the one that only covers the exterior bc that's what I usually get anyway... I decided that I wanted an interior wash that I would pay the additional $10. Today was my first day back in a few months and I decided to get my interior cleaned for $10... only to learn that it has now increased to $15 additional!! I had to ask for a rag to wipe my seats down as usual... No one attempted to even wipe down my seats or doors. The mats were muddy and I asked if I could get them cleaned- this was an additional $2.00. Lastly, now the customer has to drive the car through the wash and not the worker. I guess next, the customer will be asked to pay for us to wash our own cars!! Today is the END OF THE ROAD FOR ME!!! I have to find a new car wash!!

Paid for an exterior plus, no interior work. They were faster than I anticipated looking at reviews, but the exterior only line seems to move really fast compared to the full service. Three stars because quality of the wash was only mediocre. I will need to touch up a variety of places, and the tire shine I paid for left no shine.

I'm sitting in line right now. I've been here for 46 minutes and am still not to the vacuum area. The very few employees are moving so incredibly slowly and it appears that not all the vacuums are work. Honestly if this is a business based on through-put there is no way they're going to make it.

Paid for that Titanium package and was seriously considering enrolling on a yearly membership based on what I was being told by the employee who was lining up my car to. Ended up extremely disappointed with the result and how the car came out on the other side. i can say for a fact that this was the last time that I take any of my cars there.

They never do a thorough job even if you pay for the premium interior/exterior wash. If you go here to get your car washed, you should plan on finishing up everything that was missed when you get home.

1st and last time here! Horrible layout don’t know where to enter you literately have to back up twenty times to get your car on the belt. Then the employees are pretty rude there especially the blonde curly hair one. Maybe I should cancel my membership never had an issue ever. Will never come back.

I have visited 2 different times and was disappointed both times. It took 35 minutes to clean the inside and outside of my car and I was second in line. The outside was good, but I spent another 10 minutes cleaning the smears and missed points on the inside windshield, screens, and interior door panels (pretty much every interior service minus the floors needed to be cleaned again). I expected more for over $40. I'm in search of a good car wash place.Services: Auto detailing

I have 2 Individuals that work here. It was so gr8 to see them hard at work. Very nice waiting area. Huge bathrooms. Our company van came back clean inside & outside and smelling vanilla fresh!!! Thank you all

Tried this car wash, I usually go to Roys. They got 2 stars because the staff was beyond friendly. When they were done i asked why my mats were dirty. Was told they weren’t included in my package. He did them for free, while he was doing that I noticed how dirty my car was still. I asked for a cloth and started cleaning my doors and middle console myself!! He watched. I was not pleased at all but i had a reservation that night and had to go. Roys here i come.Service: Auto detailing

The job these folks do is passable. There isn't attention to detail. If I actually want it to be clean, after they're "finished", I have to point out all the spots they missed. Even when you ask them to clean something that's blatantly dirty they look at you as if surprised and then proceed to act like they're cleaning it but then don't. I continue to come here because it's convenient but I wish there were a better place. My suggestion to this business? Just like you have at restaurants, have a QC person approve every car before they notify the customer that it's done. That person can look at every inch that they're committed to clean to confirm it's actually clean. Then I could honestly recommend these folks.

I paid for a Platinum wash ($42) and they did not tough the inside of my car or the wheels. Just ran my car through the automatic car wash and thats it. I spoke with the manager Christina and she was very dismissive of my concerns. The most expensive car wash I ever been to and also the worst car wash I ever been to.

**** And their response was just what I expected! A copy and paste comment that they've left for other customers who left bad reviews. Shows just how much they care about their customers.**Paid for the highest price car wash, spots still all over the exterior, rims weren't cleaned or wiped down and dash board was a smeared mess. Interior of doors wasn't touched. When they motioned for me that the car was done I had to tell them to use the tire shine that I had paid for, the stuff is so watered down you can't even tell it was used. I will never be back! And I highly doubt it's because of staffing issues, the outside cleaning crew was standing around a good 10 minutes before a car even came out to them. Great American car wash gets my business from now on!

Decided to try this location because of its proximity to my job. They only offer wipe downs if you get the interior service also. Never heard of such a thing even at other locations. Could've gone through a gas station drive thru car wash for a quarter of the price!
