Two reasons for this poor review. 1-I paid for platinum service, interior and exterior, yet I had to clean my windshield when I got home because it was worse than before I entered the wash. 2-I didn’t have cash (I came back afterwards with a tip) but before I left, one of the workers hit my car with his fist. I liked this wash before it changed hands. I will not return.

Got a new truck and had an ant hill in the bed?! Just wanted a standard wash to wash them away- they saw the problem and helped with some pre wash spray and sent us through thr wash twice! So nice and helpful- great customer service and employees!

Very underwhelming. The machine does a good job on the outside, but the crew that cleaned the inside today did a less than average job. They also only had a few people working so it took 30 minutes to just do a quick wipe down

It is such an inconvenience to have to drive my car through the car wash and have to try to wait in a line to move up to get the rest of it done. I have had times where I was almost hit in the back by another car because I couldn’t move into the line. It’s very disorganized.

Had my car "cleaned" here. I went through the car wash and left without a rear panel on my side mirror. Payed an extra $20 to have the interior cleaned. Not only was the interior poorly cleaned, when I returned to discuss my mirror I was told that they would investigate the incident despite pulling my side mirror panel out of their automated car wash. The investigation lasted all of 2 hours before I was told that the cameras somehow saw that my mirror panel was loose before going into the wash and was not their responsibility.

This used to be a great place to get your car washed. But not no more. The people working for you now doesn't seem like they take pride in washing your car anymore I will never come here again. I paid extra for tire shine when the car was ready I had noticed that the tires were not shined. The person told me they do it in the tunnel. You used to spray it on the tire by hand out of a tire shine bottle. Sad,sad, sad.

How can 5 people be cleaning the inside of your car and it's still dirty after you get in?? It was the worst $46 I have ever spent on a car wash! You're better off going to the car wash at Exxon for the exterior and then cleaning the inside yourself, which I did after I got home!

My family has come here for years and I've watched the customer service plummet year after year. We pay the monthly fee and have for years, even though they do a poor job. The proximity to our home is what has kept us here. I dropped our membership to the one that only covers the exterior bc that's what I usually get anyway... I decided that I wanted an interior wash that I would pay the additional $10. Today was my first day back in a few months and I decided to get my interior cleaned for $10... only to learn that it has now increased to $15 additional!! I had to ask for a rag to wipe my seats down as usual... No one attempted to even wipe down my seats or doors. The mats were muddy and I asked if I could get them cleaned- this was an additional $2.00. Lastly, now the customer has to drive the car through the wash and not the worker. I guess next, the customer will be asked to pay for us to wash our own cars!! Today is the END OF THE ROAD FOR ME!!! I have to find a new car wash!!

This new setup is awful. It was fine when they separated the cars getting the inside done versus outside only, but now it’s confusing and takes forever.

Over the years Mister has increased cost while reducing value added services to their customers. Now, its an expensive car wash that has seen it's way clear to charging customers for value added services such as free floor mat cleaning and rim cleaning service.

They've made some changes. Now, the vacuuming is done after the wash making getting in and out better. I do wish they added a vacuum station for individuals like most new cat washes have. But I do understand that would put someone out of a job. But again, $10 is steep for something you can do yourself.

Paid for an exterior plus, no interior work. They were faster than I anticipated looking at reviews, but the exterior only line seems to move really fast compared to the full service. Three stars because quality of the wash was only mediocre. I will need to touch up a variety of places, and the tire shine I paid for left no shine.
