My experience with Maryland Cremation Services was truly wonderful and appreciated. I had no experience in handling these kinds of issues, nor did I have the finances readily available. Despite the challenges we faced making the necessary arrangements, the staff at Maryland Cremation were so kind, understanding, and patient. They answered every question quickly and kindly and really put me at ease during this process. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this service to anyone coping with the loss of a loved one. I especially appreciated the detail of the written information I was provided as it helped me explain everything to my siblings. Thank you so much Maryland Cremation Services for all you did to get me through seeing to my mother's remains.

Ms.Lucinda was excellent she was extremely nice and kind hearted she was so helpful and made it nice and smooth for me when I went to pick up my father's ashes I would definitely recommend this Cremation spot.

had an awful conversation with a female employee today when i called a little after noon on 3-23-24. my mother died last week and i was unaware i had to call social security to notify them myself, as i did not know her and do not know her ss #. i assummed the funeral home had done so. i asked nicely if they could just please double check to make sure social security was definitely not aware. the woman proceeded to get loud with me and state with an attitude that ‘no one called social security because there was no number there!’. i hung up but i will be also filing a complaint against this company for how rude and unprofessional they acted.

I would highly recommend Maryland Cremation Services to anyone who needs it for their loved ones. They were very helpful throughout the process. Ms. Lucinda was so compassionate when I picked up my loved one, she made me feel comfortable and were able to laugh about family memories- she was an absolute delight. The price was very reasonable.Highly recommend them!

Extremely professional and caring service at a very difficult time. They walk you through the process seamlessly, leaving no detail to chance and treating your loved one with respect. Excellent service for the most reasonable cost in this area. Lucinda is a particular gem.

Maryland Cremation Service was suggested to us by mom's Hospice Nurse. From the first phone call they were very compassionate, professional and patient with us throughout the process. This was a very trying time for us. The pricing is up front, easy to understand and affordable. The entire process for the paperwork was done through email and by phone. They kept us informed throughout the process and everything went smoothly. Picking up the ashes took less then 15 minutes and Edward made a difficult time much easier with his kindness. The urn, which was included in the package was beautiful. We wanted to thank everyone with their help during an emotional time. We would highly recommend their services.

MD Cremation Services recently managed a funeral for my family. During a time of profound sadness, their team was compassionate, professional and efficient. The team who picked up my family member was kind (Rachel and some other man whose name I cannot remember) and Dorota handled every step calmly and explained everything fully. Such a wonderful experience in a time of sadness. Used Maryland cremation services for my father in law and the staff was very kind & incredibly helpful. My father in law was a veteran and they covered him in a flag which made us feel very warm, proud & honored. Edward was especially caring & very professional. This is a very tough time for our family and when the customer service is above and beyond your expectations it makes things a lot easier! We used Maryland Cremation Services for our dad in 2017 and had the need to use them 12/18/23 for our mother Josh Brake came to pick up our mom. He was caring, compassionate and sensitive to our feelings. He provided us the time we needed to say our goodbyes and explained the process thoroughly and compassionately. Everyone at Maryland Cremation have been professional, responsive and helpful during this very trying time.
