“Our buying experience with Affordable Outdoor Kitchens (AOK) was nothing short of perfect! Please let me explain:Our journey began with Brian asking questions to determine our goals for an outdoor kitchen. It was more about how we wanted to entertain, the foods we liked, and the space we had available, than the appliances to sell us. Next, he created floorplan and showed us how the different appliance and storage options would fit into the area. After many, many discussions, we narrowed it down to appliances and storage that would give us the best outdoor kitchen experience for the space and budget we had to work with. And just to be sure we were buying the right cooking appliances; Brian invited us to store and gave us a cooking demonstration with those same appliances. We were hooked! We made the purchase, he ordered our items, and he gave us a blueprint of our outdoor kitchen design to give to our builder. When our items came in, AOK stored them until our builder was ready for them. You see, we were building our house in South Carolina. We picked up our items and took them to South Carolina, where they sat in a storage unit until the house was finished. Unfortunately, the builder was unable to build the outdoor kitchen (work force issues). So, we called Brian at AOK and together, we brainstormed! We determined a plan using modular cabinets would work best with the items we had purchased. He updated our outdoor kitchen design and even included the flooring and tile work to give us the clearest picture possible. Brian covered all the bases including determining proper space behind the cabinets and all the hook ups for gas and electric. We ordered the cabinetry, it came in, we took it to South Carolina, and we are ready to go, right? Wrong! With no GC, I became the GC and the entire AOK team walked me thru the production order from flooring, to gas lines, to cabinetry, countertop and tile work. They were with us the whole way. Never left our side.It was truly an honor to work with Brian and his family at Affordable Outdoor Kitchens.”

“Thanks to Kenwood Kitchens and designer Beth Niccolini, we now LOVE our kitchen. We realized after moving into our condo that the kitchen was lacking in storage, countertop space, and lighting. In today's busy market with its shortage of vital tradesmen, we knew we wanted a company that would manage everything. Kenwood had a great reputation so I stopped in their Forest Drive center. Within a week Beth had come over to see our place, talk about what we wanted, and take measurements. The following week we had 5 designs in our price range. Beth set up appointments for us to see appliances, cabinets, tile and countertops.Kenwood planned ahead, managed the entire project, and gave us a detailed 4.5 week schedule covering the work & vendors by day, including inspections. All we had to do was give their project manager and the vendors access. They showed up per the schedule. We never had any issues and the work was completed on time. My husband says that Beth and Kenwood did a great job despite me. I had been a little resistant to make some recommended changes, but in the end, Beth was right. We absolutely love our new kitchen. We plan to work with Kenwood again on future bathroom renovations.”

“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

It's a great place to go if you're looking to buy anything to fix up your home before going to the bigger stores. They have tons of books also. Just give it a browse, you'll be sure to find a deal on something you want.”

“I discovered Atlas Marble & Tile because they sent a sample of tile to me by way of another tile shop I was visiting. I called to learn more about the sample I received and the man that answered the call was knowledgeable and helpful. I drove from DC to Arnold to go and look at additional pieces of the tile. The team on sight pulled out an entire box for me and laid it out for me to review and choose grout samples. I appreciate the team here and would definitely return.”

“Joe at the Pasadena store was great. His experience definitely shows. Unlike some others, he comes to your house first and measures, then gives you an estimate. Even after he made the schematic and I changed my mind, he was easily amendable. And they can give you a nice kitchen for a good price. From the cabinet installers to the counter top measurers and installers, it was an easy experience.”

They really take the time to go over what you are looking for so you won't have regrets down the road. No sales push, "sign right now" kinda of BS.Installation was superb. Took about 4.5 hours for two bathrooms. Quality and Experience.”

“Ollie's is a great place where you can get some great bargains. The only downside is if you see ? something and like it, you better buy it because it may not be there later and, they may never get it in again. They get a lot of closeouts.”

“Can't say enough good things about this store. Richard was AMAZING. I was completely overwhelmed with my bathroom remodel. It has been a 13 year wait to finally gut and overhaul our master bathroom. Richard was fantastic. He talked with us about various options and things to consider. He never made us feel rushed. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly. We visited several times and have experienced great follow through. We are planning another bathroom remodel in the coming months. We will without a doubt return to Thomas Somerville for that project as well. Before we started our bathroom project we visited a Ferguson showroom. No one in that store would speak to us. I will never consider Ferguson and would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Somerville. Everyone there as been so helpful but we will definitely seek out Richard for the next reno. Can't thank him enough for his time, insight, guidance, and support.”

“The store has SOME nice finds, some months are definitely better than others. June and July are the off months for places like HomeGoods, a lot of picked over things and not a lot of new inventory.-Take a good LOOK at the items in the clearance section, there is a REASON why it's there, they don't care if it's broke or anything, it's going in the clearance…-I find the summer things to be too cheesy sometimes and prefer to shop in the spring/fall/winter months.-Haven't used the bathrooms to check if they are clean, but they do have bathrooms here, and it's next to a busy pizza shop and juice smoothie place.”

“Williams and Sonoma is one of my youngest daughter store, while in Maryland for the Christmas holidays my wife and I shopped at the one in Annapolis Maryland the people or employees there were excellent, when I go back to Maryland this will be the store I will shop at, my daughter have good taste in stores.”
