The worst experience of my life. I feel robbed.
We called by phone and said that they were companies and personal ones. They said the price for the three statements ranged from $400 to $450. They charged us $560 for a single declaration. There was no attention from the agent. Ahmad Asif was very rude. Moody, misogynistic and discriminatory. Never go to this place, they will steal your money. He never explained anything about what he was doing. I left with all my documents and did not allow him to do my personal taxes. Horrible experience. I don't recommend it to anyone

Worst place to do your taxes, they will tell you a rate and after you are done, that charge 3 times more than what they told you (not paying the taxes, just for services) also they will give you an appointment and when you get there they will tell you they don’t have you on schedule, so when they give you a time, the person who prepares your taxes will be rushing you and with a bad actitud, even when previously you called to make an appointment and told them it will take a while coz you are doing more than one taxes, the person who attended us was misogynist, and pretty rude, weThought our previous tax office was bad, but we were wrong, there is always something worst. Keep yourself away from this place!!! Don’t waste your time and money in this place, this isn’t it. BTW restroom was disgusting.

On April 4, 2021, I went back to the Millersville location and was attended to by Tax Specialist Bill Bast. He made it a seamless process while taking time to explain to me each item on my tax return. He absolutely redeemed the name of H&R Block after my bad experience last year wherein there's 2 of us for the same 10am schedule so the tax specialist rushed the whole process that ended with me paying $80 more to H&R than my total combined tax refunds. This year I know everything was done correctly since Mr. Bast gave his full attention in the preparation of my tax return during my appointment. My tax refund is not huge but I know it's computed correctly with all the entries encoded correctly.
