“Great customer service!!! I needed a 25 ft roll of a specific type of wire fencing, but was unable to find it at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Amazon. Park Hardware was the only place that could get it for me. I went to Park Hardware on a Tuesday to order it and I picked it up at the store Friday morning just 3 days later. Chris is the gentleman who helped me and he was fantastic. He even provided a much appreciated military discount.”
“I went to Park hardware today and no one greeted me. No one asked if they could help me. When I went to the one associate and asked where drain cleaner was. She told me three different spots to find it, come to find they had none to begin with. Went to Ace Hardware in Severna Park was greeted as soon as I came in. I walked past the first aisle and a nice gentleman came out and asked if I needed anything and he took me right where I needed to go chatted with me for a few Minutes. Great service, fully stocked!”

Chasher was very pleasant gave me information about a plant water can. That's it last a long time had for 10 years.”

“Best customer service around. I can use any hardware store if I know what I need to buy, but Costello’s is THE place to go if I ever have a question or know I will need assistance. A couple days ago I had what I would characterize as my “usual” five star experience when I needed some deck refinishing products. Brandy was immensely helpful finding exactly what I needed to include the right accessories, and along with her colleague Jeff, made sure the color was the exact one I was after. “This one has it all! There are two stores fairly close together but this one has everything! The only drawback is the staff members. Not friendly, don’t seem happy with their jobs. Decent selection of sprinklers and parts, (what I was looking for today) plants, especially their outdoor lot selection, loads of grills, great selection of hard flooring and so much more!!”

“This store is Phenomenal. I called the store manager before coming over to make sure I would be able to be assisted. Corey in lumber/plywood has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I told him my previous situation at other lowes and not being able to get the plywood I needed and he helped me find & load the plywood on a bed cart and also cut it for me with zero hesitation. Amy and the other cashier in the Pro section are also very kind and easy to talk to. I am no manager/supervisor of Corey but it would be nice if his manager has a quick chat with him to let him know his work ethic is appreciated.”
“We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”

Next door they have a showroom when day have a great inventoryScrews to expensive piece of equipmentThis is the place where I go when i need safety PPE Tools and anything in-between the customer service is above 5 stars and this goes from Amee from tool repairs to all the guys at the sale desk. All of them are Great.I Only wish they work after 4:30 pm and Saturdays at least half of day sometimes its difficult for us the construction workers to get there before 4:30pmThank you guys!!”
“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”
“Really enjoyed working with Rosalie (5 stars). Purchased a dining room set and chandelier. Items were delivered w/in the same month which is a plus. Would love to purchase more lighting only if their team would install. Took my electrician longer than expected to assemble and install the chandelier, but overall quality is great!I gave 4 stars only because the table leg had a minor ding near the foot, but noticeable considering the money paid. RH called to fixed it, but they’re using a contractor to fix it rather than their own technician. They have yet to reach out. Will update review when and if it does happen.”

He( shopper/customer) went to customer service and they couldnt help, tools peeson couldnt help. Ms debbie found the item that was being looked for, went back to recieving, pulled the items and then brought them out. She was supwe nice and professional, she knew what she was doing. “I HOPE this gets to the Manager or the Owner of This particular store in Glen Burnie because I just want to say with my whole heart that I was treated SOOO VERYYY NICELY & ABOVE & BEYOND by the ladies Trish or Tricia(she has pretty blue hair)& Also the other lady name Vicki that works with her at the Very front of the store at the customer service counter. I came in to look for something & the young lady & Trish/Tricia helped me by pointing me in the right direction & I didn't see it & then Vicki looked it up to help assist me to find Exactly what I wanted. We Both went to the aisle & it wasn't on the floor but instead it was up on the VERY TOP shelf & Vicki generously went to get the step ladder to climb up Safely to get it for me just so I can be satisfied to get what I came for & I'm telling you I REALLY DO APPRECIATE THEM BOTH & I Seriously HOPE & PRAY they get NOTICED & REWARDED for this bcos Every store don't have Great staff that Literally greet you & Also help assist you like way they did just to make sure I was happy. I was put First & Treated VERY NICELY WITHOUT A DOUBT & They're Always sweet to many others & greet them with the same respect & hospitality just like they gave me. This is my regular store that's near me that I go to for the things I need & I Wouldn't want this to go Unmentioned or Unrecognized when they BOTH
