I can't say enough good things about this Valvoline and the staff who work there. Everyone is friendly, and every measure is taken to be transparent and methodical in their work.
I used to do my own oil changes because I was tired of the terrible experience of long waits, shoddy work, and shady business practices used by so many businesses in the consumer auto maintenance industry.
Then one day, in a pinch, I folded and went to Valvoline expecting to suffer through a dozen upsell attempts and monitoring every move to stop any funny business
To my surprise and great delight, their standard practice is for the customer to wait in the car while the techs do exactly what they are asked. The point-of-sale terminal and maintenance procedures are fully displayed, and there was no push for any additional nonsense. The lead tech pulled up the manufacturer's exact mileage service list and performed exactly what was recommended.
The price was right, the service was excellent and remarkably efficient.
I never thought I'd be enamored by a business in this, quite frankly, dirty industry, but Valvoline is a diamond in the rough. I recommend Valvoline to my family and friends now.

Everyone there was extremely helpful, even though I pulled up 10 minutes before they were about to close. No one was frustrated. Everyone was still eager to help and got me out of there fast.!

I needed my oil changed bad I was almost 10,000 miles over ?
So I pulled up on Valvoline because honestly nothing beats not having to get out of my car.. I can work, make phone calls, eat etc, all while getting my car worked on.. talk about being proactive.. but they took care of me as usual.. the staff is always upbeat and quick.. this time around I got all the extra oils they recommend because I always say no thanks typically, but I had a $15 discount coupon so that's what made me feel better about getting the extra services today.. I think I was done in about 30 mins or less, either way I'm always satisfied ? thanks guys.

We have a Fleet Service here that we will no longer use they refuse to rotate the tires saying that the van is too heavy however they have rotated the tires before and they're Jacks are well within the rating the company I work for has a fleet of eight vans that need oil changes by monthly you have just lost 8 customers do too laziness

These guys were so efficient and it took no time at all for them to complete oil change and diagnostics. They explained everything in detail, showed proof of all recommended services but didn't push on those I declined. Will definitely be back in 5k miles!

Lifesaver today when I needed to fill my leaking tire with near and four different gas stations air machines were out of order. I pulled in and they fixed me up no charge. Customer service is beyond excellent! Love coming for oil changes but this was also so awesome.
