“I will gladly post the first review...The Senior Bank Associate Tammy is the most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate employee there! She spent hours with me last week and assured me that she/they would do everything possible to resolve a mistake that was made. First and foremost, employees anywhere NEVER admit to mistakes, nonetheless a bank. For me it was not the mistake, it was Tammy's ability to apologize and resolve the issue. I am forever grateful to her for her superb customer service. She went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I do not normally bank with Sandy Spring, but if I could continue to have the warm and pleasant experience that I had with Tammy, I would undoubtedly open an account. Thank you Tammy! “I was a Bay Bank customer. Bay Bank in Glen Burnie gave me great service for years. The transition to Old Line was a little difficult as it took them a month to get the computer systems lined up - but the staff in the bank was great. Then, when I got a check stolen and forged, I needed help fast. They were great! Went above and beyond to stop payment on the check and take several additional steps to make sure my account was secured. So now I have two branches where they know my name, give me a friendly greeting and handle all my business efficiently and with a smile. I could not be happier.”

“I visited this location today for the first time via drive thru. I do not use this bank for my personal banking but assist with raising money for a local organization which requires me to make deposits. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by an employee. Although I submitted a significant amount of checks and cash, she was very quick and provided my receipt in no time. I am happy this location is so close to my office for when I need to make future deposits.”

“Recently moved to another state and needed the title to my car to transfer license plates. Me being me and waiting till the last minute, I was told it would take about 5 business days for my title to be processed and mailed out... at that time my tags would be expired. Tamaya and Laura in the loan department got my request and I explained to them the problem I put myself in, that morning. Later that day they called to inform me that they were able to get it processed and my title would be mailed via fedex to the DMV here. I cannot thank them enough for their work and making my stress diminish! You two seriously are my saviors! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!”
