Everyone I spoke with from the guys behind the counter, to the owners wife on the phone and the tech were very nice. They have been in business for quite a while and I can see why, they are very experienced and knowledgeable. I was in need of vehicle inspection and they pointed out somethings that weren't obvious. I may not have done everything they recommended but still these things are good to know. Some of which I was to do myself. Nevertheless, they are honest and care about their customers. They also honor veteran's discount. I was please with the courtesy shuttle service to and from my house. And most of all pleased with the maintenance of my vehicle. I recommend Auto Sense not only for your vehicle needs but the experience of these fine individuals.

Originally left a one star review due to a miscommunication, but the owner explained things to me & I understand the diagnosis they gave my vehicle was accurate, just not as detailed the first time around so thanks for clearing things up for me! I have used this place for diagnostics before with no issues at all, they corrected everything & there is no longer a misunderstanding. The work they do is top notch.

I came here every time I needed my car worked on in the past 7 years and the owner and staff are always friendly and good at what they do. I also really appreciated how they value the customer's time and make sure to give regular updates while also helping you get home with their driving service while they have your car. They were nice, but....the fact that they had to use my jack because theirs wasn't heavy enough and that I was charged an extra $20 because the wheel was a little hard to get off and the fact that I helped get the wheel off did not sit well with me. Hope the extra $20 was worth this review.
Update: I did indeed tell you on the phone EXACTLY the type of vehicle I had. I had to help because your "tech" wasn't experienced enough to know what to do. If you did not want me there, all you had to do was say I wasn't allowed in that area. Most shops have this policy, but seems that you were fine with it, except it made you nervous. Good luck and as I said, hope the 20$ was worth it.

Very customer service oriented. They know what they’re doing. They can’t fix all issues so sometimes it saves money to go to the dealership. But I’d say they’re the best in this area.

After taking my Volkswagen Tiguan to the Volkswagen dealership multiple times for the same issues and them not being able to figure out what’s wrong with it under my warranty I decided to bring it to Auto Sense. Let me just say that it only took them a few hours to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and since then I haven’t had an issue. I couldn’t be more impressed with how quickly they diagnosed the problem and the amazing customer services they provided.

My old Chevy Silverado 2500HD had problems with the drive train, rear brakes and park brake. Autosense fixed it all with great quality parts and good technical skills. I've put 200 miles on the truck since they did the repairs and everything is working great.
I recommend Auto Sense for any vehicle that needs a professional diagnosis and repair.
