This is such a wonderful community. I just moved to the area and this community was my favorite I viewed. The staff was friendly, the apartment was beautiful and I really love the smart tech aspect of the doors. Definitely can’t wait to try out in an application and move in!!

Recently visited this complex to tour an apartment, and had the best experience! Not only did I enjoy the complex, I loved the community aswell! I received a tour from Kortni, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly personable. She added to the experience for sure, and I definitely suggest having her do all future tours! I for sure would recommend to anybody looking for an affordable but still nice place to reside!

The fairly new maintenance personnel I believe his name is spelled Johnny (hopefully) is phenomenal! He’s very patient, timely, and does an excellent job! He’s able to access the issue quickly and resolve the issue just as quickly! Thank you to management for adding such an invaluable asset to the team!!!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and have always felt at home. Beautiful grounds and apartments with very attentive maintenance. Can be a little expensive, but I feel I’ve received my moneys worth without a doubt. Would recommend to anyone looking to move into the area.

I lived here for 4.5 years late 2019-2024 and this community felt like home to me. I always felt safe, the community is quiet, the pool was relaxing for adults and enjoyable for kids! I was there before Peak management began managing the property. the PRIOR management company was unprofessional but I still enjoyed the community. Peak Management made improvements and the community went from good to really great, in my opinion. They host summer pool parties annually and one year I won a $50 Amazon gift card in the pool party raffle! I rented a privately own condo so I didn’t deal much with the onsite maintenance, but I will add that the gate can be noisy and it often needs repair. Other than that I really can’t think of anything bothersome. Probably the best community in the Windsor mill/ Woodlawn area. Overall hands down wonderful experience!
