“I lost my pet yorkie indigo on 1/17/24 and I planned to burry him in my backyard, but a month had passed and I couldn’t bare to let him go. Finally, on 2/17/24 I called Hunt Valley Animal Hospital and spoke to an employee by the name of Lindsey (hope I spelled her name right) about my situation on cremating my yorkie and she was so caring and understanding. When I brought him in later that day she was so sweet and understanding about me being in tears and having a hard time parting with my baby. She asked if I needed a minute to collect myself as I began to cry and even offered me a room to collect myself in. I eventually got myself together and began to apologize for breaking down and she told me that I didn’t even need to apologize because she understood. She just made the entire process feel so much more easier and I can’t say thank you enough. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone and will continue to bring my other Yorkie here.”

“I started going to Mountainside with Dr. Symonds in1979. He saved 4 kittens from dystemper and I was hooked. Once Dr. Symonds stepped back, I've been seeing Dr. Eidel and she is a fabulous vet. She has taken care of all my house animals especially my 14 year old Bichon who has liver disease, diabetes and high blood pressure, He's been so well cared for he still acts like a puppy. Her referrals for any issue they can't handle there have been top notch. I trust her tremendously with the care of my babies!!”

“We love the care our fur baby receives here! Dr. Pinkham is intelligent, considerate, knowledgeable about all the latest veterinarian science, and always thinking two steps ahead. The practice is transparent about their pricing and offers clear options and support. I've never felt upcharged or pushed into a decision I didn't want to make. One of the practice's superpowers is that they're always thinking of acute, chronic, and preventative care at every visit, even if it's a routine vaccination visit. I really feel like our mini goldendoodle is in the best hands here. Last but not least, every single person who works in this practice is helpful, respectful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!”

“I can't give this veterinarian office enough stars. I was greeted friendly when I first arrived and then noticed that my cat's name was on the sign welcoming new patients. My cat's appointment with Dr Ho was more than I expected. She took her time and answered any questions I had. I was there for an international health certificate to travel with my cat. Dr Ho was knowledgeable and explained the electronic system and what to expect and look for. In addition, during the exam, she noticed an issue my cat has and treated her for it, something not previously scheduled into the appointment. She was so friendly and warm, obviously loving what she does. I highly recommend this practice.”

“The staff is friendly and on the ball. Dr Feinberg has been caring for my pets for years. He is very competent and professional. I feel my pets health and safety is top of the list here. When he is unavailable, I have seen the other vets and they are equally kind and professional.....NO COMPLAINTS at all. Kate who works there is fabulous and is always giving of her time t say HELLO and make sure my pets are getting the best care. The front desk staff do their best to help and answer questions and get people in and out in a timely enough fashion. I love my VETS!!!!”

“I absolutely love this place. One of my rescue pitties is very anxious with vets due to a terrible experience with one when she was a puppy. Although both of my dogs go to the humane society for vaccinations, I needed a local vet for sick visits. The first vet that I used would drag my already anxious dog into a different room away from me for exams and treatment. She would come back so much more nervous and anxious that she would literally have diarrhea. Recently at only 5 years old, she had been listless, gaining weight, losing hair, etc. The previous vet just said her white count was a little elevated and told me that she might have leukemia ?. When she stopped putting weight on one of her hind legs, the humane society recommended Valley Dog & Cat. Dr. Morgan was amazing!! She took her time sitting with my dog on the floor so that she could get used to her, while talking to me about her issues. She was able to quickly assess that she had a skin infection, yeast infection and ear infection likely due to her bad allergies (white pittie problems)and all without removing her from the room. Although concerned that she may have an ACL tear, she sent me home with ear drops, doggie NSAIDs, antibiotics, anti fungal foam and allergy medicine. Within days she was moving around much better. Within 2 weeks, she was putting weight on her leg, had lost some weight (fluid apparently), and was running around the house like she was a puppy again. Her hair stopped shedding horribly and she is so much happier. I think that they saved my dog’s life. The office staff was also friendly, accommodating and so very sweet. I look forward to them caring for my pups for years to come. Definitely deserving of more than 5 stars.”

“They were able to fit me in when my healer had a shoulder injury. Did it spend a bunch of money on tests that weren't needed. Good advice and Willie is now fine”

“Since Covid began in 2020, it can be difficult to get an appointment for your pet. There seems to be a shortage of vets now. My dog has been seen by relief vets on two different occasions when I had her in for health issues. They do communicate with her regular vet. They weren't accepting new patients for a while. I don't know if that has changed.”

“Dr.Bishop and his staff are by far the best animal hospital I have come across in my many, many years of having pets. From friendly to compassionate to experienced, words that do not adequately describe Dr Bishop and his staff.Dr Bishop is so caring and helpful; being there exactly when you need him, even though I was not that close to his office but he still came to my home to take excellent care of Ruby. Both times Dr. Bishop came to my home he brought along the most compassionate and experienced assistants who didn’t get frustrated even though Ruby was very frightened and was not going to comply with their requests. In addition, Dr Bishop was kind enough to have his groomer take care of Ruby who has allergies and in desperate need of a bath and a cut. I was really doubtful of the results while I was waiting knowing I had not been able to bathe her or even cut a matt from her hair. She is beautiful…. perfectly groomed! Shocked and amazed are an understatement!I would strongly recommend Dr. Bishop and his exceptional staff without reservation.Thank you Dr. Bishop and all your great employees!!!”

“The staff there took care of our Leo until we had to let him go. We were very grateful for all of the options offered to us so Leo would not suffer anymore and it was comforting to receive the White Rose they had delivered to us, The Jones Family appreciates all you've done for Leo and us. Thank You!”

“Dr Wolfe and Nurse Sarah have been an amazing team caring for our dog Ziggy who has an EXTREME fear of vet visits. Our visits take place in our driveway where Ziggy is most comfortable.Their approach is unique in that they gently yet firmly and quickly take control to let Ziggy know they are in charge but he is safe in their hands, all while I am within his reach. I can’t tell you how many visits we paid for with our prior vet where we left without intended vaccines or exams because the vet was afraid to upset Ziggy.HomeVets has become the only way Ziggy can receive the care he needs and I am so thankful!”

“Dr. Nesbitt and all her staff are wonderful to work with. We have adopted 2 feral kittens over the last year, so they are scared at the vet. Everyone there worked carefully and lovingly with them.”

“I hesitate to rate, because they currently aren't accepting new clients, and should they start doing so again, I have a line of my own friends and clients waiting ? But it's only fair to give Doc Hawkins and Lee their due. Our crew of kitties would be miserable (and less healthy) without them. I only wish they could be cloned!”

“Dr Gauthier took his time going over the results of my dog’s recent X-ray and we came up with a great plan to move forward with my dog. The support staff were incredible and very good listeners. They didn’t engage our dog, a Dutch/mal working dog with stranger anxiety, directly. This was the best vet appt our dog has ever had.”

“We switched to this vet when my former vet retired and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Beyer is the most attentive vet I've ever met; my dogs now get better medical care than I do! When my 9 year old Schnauzer got very ill, Dr. Beyers gave us her cell phone number and texted us advice throughout the night, when we thought things were touch and go. When we needed medical records transferred from the emergency clinic and they were not faxing them as promised, Ruth, one of the wonderful front desk workers, actually went to the emergency clinic and picked up the records herself. My old girl fully recovered and I believe its in part due to Dr. Beyers care. My dogs used to be terrified as soon as I stepped in the vets office with them and now they're excited to go because they know they always get attention, love and treats! I highly recommend Frederock Road Vet hospital.”

“We have used WFAH for 25+ years. When you find an excellent place, you stick with it. We have had several emergencies with our dog and cat in recent years. Dr. Ward is an amazing, caring and compassionate doctor. She goes above and beyond to make sure we know exactly what is going on now and what may happen in the future. She will call after hours to check on our "boys" and us after an emergency. The entire staff takes care of each patient as though they are their own. There is no place else I will ever trust with one of my fur babies!!”

“The best vets ever. Dr. Brand is the most wonderful human being. When we suddenly lost our girl Haley Elizabeth she was just as upset as we were. The staff, vets, and techs are wonderful and we will be there as long as we have animals.”

“We've been taking our cats to Dr. Siegel for a few years now. She is always a pleasure to see and will get you in and out without waiting. You can tell she is fully committed to keeping your cat happy and healthy. Great place, we have no reason to take our cats to any other vet.”

“They were absolutely efficient and caring about taking in my two new kittens! They made sure that my kittens were safe especially with Auggie as the escape artist he is trying to explore the rest of the office. They were exceptionally kind with Auggie and Pollo and were educational in teaching me as a first time cat mom! I definitely recommend them!”
