Went today and the mail person was very kind in explaining how the return process worked as I was uncertain, very much appreciated the help :)

The worst! My mailed is lost and not one person can tell me what to do! They all have stank attitudes and very unprofessional. It's such a short on ppl working there yet they won't hire anybody! I'm confused and they really need to do better!
