Trish is the only person I let touch my eyebrows & she eats every time! 4 stars because Trish is always so busy throughout the day. The other workers are quite rude sometimes, I recently went in to get my eyebrows done and asked for Trish.. The man at the front told me to “go ask her if she can do them”. Excuse me? I no longer go for my nails because I did not like the work but Trish is keeping this business open.

Save yourself the hassle and time. My fiancé went there after they messed up previously and they told her she can only get a solid color. The lady Trish was rude and told her that she wouldn’t service her because she’s too picky. Holding a technician accountable for the work the customer is paying for is not picky.

Dropped by on an emergency tip and was impressed. Greeted immediately when I walked in!!!! I had number ten (Luis) service me. I had a soak off done and he did a bomb job. No prying off my nails. He completed my full set PERFECT and shaped them to a T!!!!! I like him so much I’m going back. I also had him do my daughters nails and she loves him as well. Check him out. Everyone was so sweet and nice.

EVERYBODY in there is nasty! They all just have nasty attitudes. Everybody except for Trish! Trish is the best and the only reason why I still go there. But the lady and guy who sit at the front are definitely rude!!

I’ve been here twice so far next week will make 3 Trish is the best she does the cute trendy nails I am in love with my nails and am sad i have to get a fill in . She take her time and get your nails exactly how you want them. Johnny also does good pedicures

I’ve been going here for about 5 years. I don’t go anywhere else. Although there is about 2 people I do not allow to do my nails. I can say that everyone does there absolute best to accommodate me. Ladies all you have to do is speak up when getting your nails done. They will fix it. Nobody is perfect and we often come in there wanting designs they don’t even know about. Patience is key. They are clean. Nice and friendly. They do the best they can to move fast, I love it there. ♥️

I am really surprised by the bad reviews. I actually followed my nail tech and his wife (the owners) here from another shop. Now I only let them do my nails so I can’t speak for anyone else but overall I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone else doing my pedicures. They actually own another shop in owings mills and I’ve received good service there too.Services: Pedicure

Today may have been the second worst experience I've had thus far. I needed the same service I normally get and that's a fill-in and one nail repair. One tech (Sara) said she doesn't do a nail repair but she accepted a client for a full set & pedicure. My one nail repair looks awkward from the other nails and this saddens me. I may go back to doing my own nails after today ?

I made an appointment and I was in and out in no time. The staff was professional and knew what she was doing. Two weeks later my nails still look good.
