They’re going downhill fast. The last 4 times I came I had to get my feet redone because the paint be all bulky, my cuticles aren’t cut right, then they suck their teeth and roll their eyes and talk in their language about you because you want your stuff done right paying our hard working money. I tell them every time I come that I’m very, very particular about my stuff. I’m respectful, no attitude, take photos etc and they still just put anybody on my feet and I request that they be redone every time. Then I’m waisting my time another hour, to wait for someone better to get done someone else when they can just assign someone that knows what they’re doing the first time around. I tried to give them chance after chance because they do have some very good nail techs, but I’ve been coming to long to get the people who don’t know what there doing, and because their reasonable but I’m not coming back after this time. I’ll take my money where I’m appreciated.

I love my Technician, however the manager has to really learn what customer service means. During my 3rd visit, I told my tech that my nails kept lifting. And then he stated my nails was lifting because he rushed, It was quiet so he said he would take his time & give me special care. Then at the register the manager added $10 on to my service because my tech took longer. She wouldn't even let him speak. There were no other customers in the Salon & after the service all the workers sat outside. Every time I visit she is on the necks of the techs rushing them. I brought my mother there as a gift after Mother's Day, they rushed us the entire time, I spent $200 & my mother was very uncomfortable with the way they spoke over her. I told the manager, she should be careful with speaking so hard because ppl have translate on their phone & can understand what she is saying. I work very hard for my $ and I just can't take the disrespect of the manager.

The property is easy to get to, and it was clean inside. The prices are fair too.
The older guy cut the skin on two of my fingers from filling them too hard. He apologized profusely and then continued to scratch my fingers again until I said "enough"! I accepted his apology, but I will never return.

Don’t get me wrong most techs in their do excellent work. But if they were to mess up with you with any service they donot give refunds ! The tech ivy isn’t licensed for lashes as she should be , and she did mines numerous times leading up to real bad irritation maybe from dirt or using the same equipment on others. whatever and it was swollen. Had to go to the hospital !! Be awaree

I went for a fill in and pedicure the day before my birthday and I deeply regret it. They cut my toenails too short and I ended up having to get acrylic on one toe.
My nails looked TERRIBLE! Lumpy, polish ON the cuticle and there was glitter from the chrome everywhere— even in places where it should not have been. Very sloppy. I ended up going to another nail salon to get them fixed. Took pictures of my nails right before the new salon fixed them because I was THAT pissed and in disbelief.
0/10, would not recommend and will not be going back.

Went yesterday for a Special Pedicure Deluxe && a fresh overlay set , the young lady who did my pedicure was pleasant and fast but did and took her time to do my pedicure and they came out amazing !!!
She sent me to another young lady to remove and do a fresh set of overlay on my hands. The lady was cool at first and pleasant until she began my services..
1.She was very rough and wild holding/positioning my hands and then
It was painful while she was removing the old overlay set with nail clippers and another nail causing all my real nails to be chipped off at different lengths.
2. After the removal she proceeded to dive in and start a fresh set of overlay by doing the dipping powder FIRST, instead of clipping my nails down to an even length and (buff/file/ect.) Clean out my nails and having me wash my hands, and was becoming frustrated with me, then got up and went and spoke to another coworker in her language and kind of left me me high and dry. The young gentleman who I believe to be the manager came over and was very polite but I refused the overlay service due to seeing the service not going well.
After all I should have paid 70$ for my servives that I did recieve I was charged 100$ meaning an additional 40 so ,I rate this a 1 and will be calling today.

I Use to Love coming here but not anymore….Today is My Daughters Birthday & I brought her to get her nails done the Lady that sit at Station #11 was Very Rude & Unprofessional she was Mad I was Asking about pricing & Designs for My Child as If I can’t Ask about the Services we were receiving.She starting getting real loud & Cussing slo I had to return the energy….no one told her she was Wrong but ask to finish the service for freeI’ll never return here again

Ok let’s talk about Sexy nails I have been coming here for years and since the owner have been out the shop the people that works there pick and choose who they want to service today I wanted Lee to do my feet she said I need to let whoever is doing my nails to do my feet I never had this problem before when Kevin was in there I been there and had to wait while they all sat in the back eating in talking they are so unprofessional seat number 11 has one of nastiest attitudes ever very disrespectful and for the money you spend in there u should be comfortable but I wasn’t I will not be returning until Kevin is back inside I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there because I’m not and no one deserves to be treated in such a MANNER

I had been coming to this place consistently for over 2 years however the past year has been a hit or miss and the young ladies are rude if you have a problem with their work, will openly yell and argue about you in their native language, the price is always different and my last visit was literally my last visit as my nails were shaped horribly and they got mad at me for not liking them!!! It’s extremely convenient but I’m never going there again.Services: Acrylic nails

I love how pretty my mani and pedi turned out. I really don't like spending hours upon hours at any salon for any service. Kevin had me in his chair as soon as I walked in and started on my mani and once he was done I was in the back getting my pedi. I enjoyed my pamper me day laughing with the other patrons and nail techs.
