Easily the best experience i’ve had at a post office. Needed to get my passport sort of last minute and Jennifer was there to assist me! Made the process easy & efficient while being super personable!!!

Great customer service. The staff is really nice and helpful. I got there just in time to mail a package with my 2 year old. It was difficult to write an address with a toddler but they were nice enough to wait for me and even gave a sticker to my toddler. Highly recommend ??

This post office regularly loses mail and when confronted give political answers that place blame on the recipient. "Just contact the person who sent it to you." Is not an acceptable response when they paid money to have said mail piece delivered. Some things cannot just, "be sent again." Try harder USPS.

My problem is not the local post office. Its their whole system. Its Feb. 13th and I am still receiving Christmas cards post marked from way back in December. Actually the beginning of December.

My package was delivered a week ago and I haven't been able to get my package, I have a cluster mailbox and one of the boxes where you collect bigger boxes doesn't open so I left a note asking them to move it to the other because that one is broken and never opens. They put it in my mail slot where the BOX was too big to come out. Left another not apologizing for the inconvenience but I still couldn't get the box out because now it's stuck and asked them to put in the box that wasn't broken and even put its number on it just so there want any confusion. But they put in the broken one and I still haven't gotten my package

The local post office is great and friendly (5-stars). The online systems however are terrible (1-star). The net is a mixed review (3-star).Recently deliveries have been consistent with no lost or misdelivered packages. This is good, because if the package is lost, it is a pain to resolve online. The best option is to go to the local post office and they will help find the package.

Opens on time and well staffed. They managed to get an international package back to me I had forgotten to put a return address on before I shipped ( was given a bad international mailing address ) even though I had been living in town less than six months. They always leave packages where we ask as well.

Not so much as service in general but the person who delivers our mail at apt complex. Alot of complaints about mangled mail and damaged goods
