“I visit here once a week or so, and they are very consistent with the food they make. I normally have a chicken cheese steak and onion rings and grab some sodas from the cooler. The staff is pleasant and the food is priced well for the times. You can sit inside and eat, which is a pleasant experience ,for the most part, it's a very busy place.”

“We were traveling from PA to Lynchburg in the evening when we heard the thup, thup, thup, thup of a damaged tire. We pulled into a gas station and discovered a screw in our tire. Google sent us to the nearest tire store who diagnosed the damage as non-repairable. Their tech was injured and couldn't replace the tire.
They called ahead to Mr. Tire and asked if we could be fit in for a new tire. Mr. Tire squeezed us in at the end of their day. The gal at the desk, chr****, was crazy helpful, she even directed us to a great restaurant for a meal while they changed the tire.

“Everyone there was really helpful, and seemed to really want me back on the road. It turned out that they didn't have the tire that I needed, and they showed me why it couldn't be repaired (leak was close to the tire wall). Then they helped me find other places that might have my tire, and actually put in some effort to send me to a competitor. Unfortunately, after about 6 phone calls we found that my tire was rarer then anyone thought, and we ended up having to get a hotel for the night. They had it fixed first thing in the morning once the ordered tire showed up and got us on the road. I know that it shouldn't be a huge surprise when I company really cares about you as a person (with a family in tow this time), but it was really refreshing.
I would definitely go back to this place, and probably start there if I ever needed something like this again.”

“I’ve had two visits to the Costco Tire Center in 2025—once in February for a full set of new tires on my Mazda SUV, and again more recently for a tire rotation. Overall, I’d say the experience is positive, with a few quirks worth noting for first-time visitors.
Booking & Pricing:
Scheduling an appointment online was quick and straightforward. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the solid mileage warranty that comes with Costco tires. That, combined with the value of the included rotation and balancing services, makes it a smart long-term investment.
Service & Staff:
The front desk team is friendly and professional, but definitely not in a rush. While they’re diligent in their paperwork, expect a slower pace and minimal engagement until their current task is complete. If you’re on a tight schedule, this may not be the place for a quick in-and-out visit.
Scheduling Tip:
Here’s the important part: although appointments are booked for specific times, service is still conducted on a first come, first served basis. When I arrived at 10:00 a.m. for my scheduled time, I found myself behind six others with the same appointment slot—resulting in several hours of wait time. On my return visit, I arrived at 9:30 for my 10:00 a.m. appointment and was second in line, which made a big difference in turnaround time. Knowing this in advance will help you better plan your visit.
Costco Tire Center offers great value, friendly staff, and quality tires—but be prepared to exercise some patience. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you’ll likely have a much smoother experience.”
