“I am very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. I normally take my car to the dealership but decided to take a chance after speaking with the manager at the Lube Center. I called and DJ got me set up bright and early the next day. Upon entering the manager Tom was very professional and kind. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle and reassured me his team would take care of me. They most surely did!. I left within a couple of hours as promised and got an excellent deal! “I needed emergency repairs on my car Sunday morning /07/2024. Steering arm on right broke, also needed brakes and rotors. Not only did only did Sergio get right in, he had me out by afternoon. And car is driving great. He also let me know about some other things that will need to be taken care, but, not critical at this point. He was VERY helpful. AND my bill was less than we guesstimated. I will definitely go back there again for more repairs :)”

“I’m being nice ,but it’s taken me since 6:00 this morning to check out. Because of this I can’t pick up my order until tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s going on but something’s messed up. It shouldn’t take 3&1/2 hours to check out. First I was on the app ,then to the web site , & finally went to Facebook & picked a tire sale. Finally got through. Shouldn’t be so hard & long. I know I’m ranting,but because of personal reasons I have trouble getting to the store, this has been a godsend to me. Everyone is so sweet ,but the app is ticking me off. Thank you”
“Amazing experience every time I have used this Pep Boys service center. I was quoted an outrageous amount from a Genesis dealer for new brakes/rotor resurfacing and labor for only my front 2 tires. I attempted to get another quote from the Frederick Hyundai dealer in Frederick, being that Genesis their luxury division of vehicles. I was told they cant even order part, let alone work on my car due to this.
Dorwin at Pep Boys was not only able to order parts, but was able to get them same day and installed at a much better rate than provided by the dealer (not to mention I didn't have to drive to another city). The communication was flawless. I received text messages/calls with updates and the ability to pay via a Mobile Service Pay. I am very much appreciative for their honesty and quality work. RECOMMEND!”
