Overall super disappointed in this office. They butchered the transferring of a policy into my name and misinformed me about discounts I was eligible for. In addition, they don't seem to know how to use their computer system as they have told me conflicting information with other State Farm offices. I would give 0 stars if I could. Definitely recommend searching for an office that has a better understanding of State Farm's policies and knows how to use the computer system.

We have had both auto and property insurance with Dean Rose for years. They are always responsive immediately, and have gone beyond the call of duty for us. I highly recommend!
