“I spent an hour on the phone this morning with the main Capital One number and got nowhere (other than bounced around from person to person) in trying to gain assistance with my mother's accounts. Jessica at this branch helped me in 5 minutes and pointed me in the right direction. She is awesome!”

“Highly recommend going to this newer location and NOT the older location- especially when buying alcohol. They have a bigger selection, but also nicer people with better attitudes working. I usually go to the older location, but last night there was an employee I hadnt seen before who gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude for "looking too young to buy alcohol" (even after I showed her my ID and explained I've only been 21 for a few months). I had a crap day and was trying to be nice and make a light hearted conversation about it, but she was rude through the entire encounter. I would not be treated like that at the newer location.”
