This dunkin is most of the time a miss. Wait time is pretty quick not much waiting around even when the drive through is busy. While the wait is short that's probably because your coffee or food was made wrong. My biggest complained is if you order online good luck, you will be dissatisfied because your order will be wrong. If you ask for flavor in your coffee in an online order just forget it because 100% of the time they just won't do it. I've never ordered online and actually got the coffee I asked for. I worked at a dunkin for 2 years and it's really not hard to take your time and complete things and to pay attention but this staff just does not. Better luck going to a McDonald's or something, you would have better odds getting what you ask for.

The products offered by this place are standard Dunkin' Donuts. They are the same. you'll find anywhere, but the breath and the width of the incompetence in the way this place is run and managed is flabbergasting. I have never gone to this establishment and not had an unreasonable wait or had a screwed up order or something in between it is by sheer market dominance of the branddominance the place run this poorly could stay open.

The food is good, but the staff doesn't speak English very well, so expect to have trouble getting your order correct. For example, I ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae, but what I received was chocolate sundae... no brownie. Another time I ordered a banana sundae and got the biggest eye roll from the clerk that made it.

Ordered a cake on Monday 2/6 to be ready Friday 2/10 at 2pm. Show up and they try to give me the wrong cake and then tell me I never ordered one even though they already took my money. And then I had to drive back home after 3 hours of my pick up time to be given the wrong cake yet again. I will never order a cake from here again

Terrible. Gave me cookie dough instead of butter pecan then argued with the me that that's the way their butter pecan is. Apparently butter pecan no longer has pecans and replaced them with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough ?

Horrible experience, the white guy that serve my ice creams had a ugly attitude he forgot to gave me one ice cream in a waffle cone and got super angry once I told him he forgot one of my ice creams and gave me a miserable scoop in the cone.Really disappointed for the customer service he gave us, because we pay for the ice creams we did not ask for free ice cream.

I ordered a classic chocolate donut from the App. When I tried to pick up from the drive through, the cashier said she didn't receive the order. When I showed her the order, she still didn't know what to do. After I waited for a minute in the car watching her avoiding eye contact with me, I offered to go inside to sort it out. Inside, I showed my order to another person, who turned out to be the manager. She too, looked all over and triple checked the printing machine. She informed me the order is not in but didn't offer any solutions. I explained the order was placed over 8 minutes ago. Reluctantly, she gave me my one donut but mumbled something about next time I should...? At that point, I was fuming and asked if she were the manager. Unfortunately, she was. I told her I would not have gone through the trouble of coming in and cheat her of just one donut. I questioned what I could have done differently but again, she mumbled. I also let her know that I didn't appreciate her attitude. She thanked me again and said, "Have a nice day". I'm not saying this DD's foods are bad. I'm just very annoyed at the manager's unprofessional attitude. I believe as such, her morning staff are also learning to place greater value on the goods over customer satisfaction. The mistake was no one's fault, but it could easily be handled and resolved without costing them a customer.

I have tried to order cakes in advance twice at this store. Both times I have shown up for the pickup and they don’t have any recollection of/lost my order. While this is frustrating enough, what really irks me is the attitude I have received from their staff and management about it. They have zero customer service skills and are completely inept. I’ll never do business at this store again.

I saw a large number of negative reviews and was quite honestly shocked. This happens to be one of the top Dunkin Donuts I have been to. I order quite frequently and the staff is always friendly, orders are always correct, and the food is fresh and made how it should be.
