“Positive and supportive staff. Not looking to nickel and dime you, or throw in crazy charges. They care more than the vet that charged me and arm and a leg for the same services. Do not go to Essex MiddleRiver Vet!! You will pay dearly, and not even be satisfied. I could not even get my pet in there for tech services but weeks out! Northwind really showed up and showed off for me and my pets. I'll drive the extra to get treated extra special.Thank you Northwind!”

“My pets have been seeing Dr. Schulmeyer for about 2 years now. I almost didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want him to get too busy! He is great. It’s hard to find a vet that is not a “know it all”. He doesn’t try hard to upswell his vet products like other vets do. When he sees my dogs Gus and Biscuit he really comes off as caring to them. A lot of vets have robotic personalities, not him or anybody on his team. Additionally, all his employees and/or techs are awesome. They are efficient and do a great job at what they do. It means a lot when somebody says “I am not sure, let me confirm” instead of doing a confident guess.Overall, I have been to a few different vets, but I am here to stay and I do want everyone to know how great this office is.Thanks!”
“My partner and I have been using this veterinarian clinic for about a year and a half for several different pets. The young lady who assists Dr. Owoeye is always so friendly and professional she is also great with the animals. Dr. Owoeye has been always kind and professional. I also love that they have reasonable pricing. I took my family cat Cheerio to the clinic today I like to call him a Senior catizin LOL. They were both so great with him. I highly recommend this office.”

“AMAZING—Across the board, from the vet techs, to the vet himself.I needed to call and get quotes, also needing help with dosing my cat for calming him before the visit. They were so patient with me, and kind.There was little to no wait in the waiting area or the room.Dr. Hanson was THE BEST vet I’ve ever come across. He took generous time to explain body functions of my cats existing issues, symptoms to look out for for new issues, potential threats that could worsen them as well. Very considerate of my budget, even recommending an out of state low-cost vet/friend of his, and giving me advice on what to prioritize. Other vets in the past have been very vague and seemingly intimidated by my desire for knowledge and assistance on home care, he was far from that. He was such a blessing to work with and put me at ease.The cost for the visit was relatively low compared to some places, and my cat is a senior who required a very extensive blood panel so not quite exactly cheap but it is part of the responsibility of a sick cat. Needless to say, I would rather pay more for this level of true quality care than every try going low in cost again.Thank you Charm City Vet & Team!”

“I've been going here for years, and have been seeing Dr. Mark Wright maybe since the late '90's or early 2000's (I can't recall) but it's been a long time. Dr. Mark took great care of my dobermans, and our Chessies.We recently had our boy Grizz in because something was very wrong (I assumed he hurt his back from a jump, but his gums were white too). We called on a Mon morning as soon as they opened, and they got us in about an hour later, and for that I'm forever grateful. I'd never met Dr. Moffa, and could tell that he was experienced in what he does as a veterinarian. He examined Grizz, took the x-ray, and shared his findings which weren't good. Fearing the worst (but remaining hopeful) he sent us to the ER in Bel Air. Unfortunately for us, Grizz laid in my arms and crossed the Rainbow Bridge that day. Dr. Moffa called me later that morning, to offer condolences. He was genuinely sorry, from one human to another, and I just think that is something wonderful. Thank you Dr. Moffa for your kindness and empathy at such a difficult time.We even received a sympathy card from the team at Edgewood Vet Hospital. These little things mean so much. Thank you all.”

My Bumi’s death was very sudden and it was all very fresh but they took great care of him and gave him the most beautiful urn. “Great atmosphere. The clinic was clean. Everyone was polite and eager to help. My cat Sprinkles is sick and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Dr. Travis accessed Sprinkles and he was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I can tell that he genuinely loves animals. I appreciate the fact that he gave us realistic options for caring for her and I could tell that he was speaking from the heart. His assistant was great with Sprinkles and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals as well. I had a great first experience and will be returning.”

“Chadwell Animal Hospital is TOP NOTCHED! I've been taking ALL my furbabies (total of 5, so far, over time) since beginning of 2011. Dr. Ruby Schaupp is my preferred vet but if she's not available, I then chose Dr. Gold! Both are fantastic! Dr. Schaupp is so very patient, so personable and truly cares for each of her furbaby patients. She explains everything to me and answers all my silly questions, and honestly too. CAH has had the sad job of putting down two of my beloved furbabies in the past. They do this with compassion and care, and gave me enough time with my beloved furbaby (ies). Bravo Dr. Schaupp and Dr. Gold! THANK YOU SO EVER SO MUCH!”
