CONTINUES TO DELIVER OUR MAIL TO THE WRONG ADDRESS as well as that of others. If it wasn’t for others kindly bringing over our mail or putting it back in the mailbox to get picked up and re- delivered, we wouldn’t get some important items. Multiple times we’ve not gotten very important mail that contains extremely sensitive information. And not everyone is honest so you don’t know who now has those items and if they opened them or tossed them. We have gotten mail for others addresses and have put it back in our mail box for pickup.
The service at this location used to be good (sending packages and picking up mail etc.) but has gone down in the years. You’ll stand there waiting to be called up or for someone to comeback to you after you’ve been told to fill something out- and no one will attend to you.
What’s going on here? Is no one checking on the quality of work being done? How is it is okay for mail of multiple residents to be incorrectly delivered time and time again and nothing is done about it?? This is careless because it’s been happening for months now! Not to mention so dangerous! Very disappointed with the overall service from this U.S.P.S. location.

This has been my post office for 38 years. Always alot of familiar faces makes it feel right at home. The past 2 years my neighborhood has not had a permanent mail person for our route leaving my mail in random places in my community. Thank God for good honest neighbors that sometimes brings me my mail that has been misplaced in their mail box. My paycheck has been placed multiple times in places where I have to get my employer to re write the checks.
So I go to the post office and the main at the window say. Well hin. Sign up for inform delivery. When ya see your paycheck show up. Come up to the post office at 9 and pick up your mail at the window so it won't get lost in the sauce.
Well I did that. Once a month I coke up and pick up my paycheck. Well today, I guess LISA didt wanna. She said I was NOT ALLOWED to come to the post office to get my mail (even though the ignorant lisa women was indeed one of the people at that window a few times to get my mail) now all of a sudden it's NOT allowed and never was????? Was this just a bad day for Lisa? Bc everyone has never given me an issue. It's my mail. And the 2 people behind me were there getting their mail as well????
Now that I have no access to my mail unless it's dropped off in a random mailbox from or hopefully mine. I'm not too sure on how I should deal with this situation. I've been doing the same damn thing for 2 years now.

The employees at this post office go above and beyond. I am glad they are working hard to make sure we get our items at all times of the day and night. Extremely professional and kind!!! Dominique is awesome!!!

This post office closed at 4:50 pm or maybe earlier. Smh. Good thing a new mailing service just opened up called Goin' PostalShipping and mailing serviceat 204 Bowleys Quarters Rd. They closed at 6pm. Stamps were regular price. I got to mail my items on time. No lines and faster service than the post office.

It is scary how I get my neighbors mail or even my own mail half open. They hire anyone, ghetto in flip flops and all. I can’t believe I pray I get my mail , visiting post office won’t do you any justice. They are clueless !!

Submitted a Change of address online and my mail has been missing for over 2 weeks. Rude representatives. Waiting over a week to get your mailbox lock changed after paying $40.

Got there before closing hours and they still wouldn't take my package. Be sure you are there 15 mins before closing time. They will NOT help you if you are close to closing.

Might stand in line for while if people are there to do passports or citizens ship ect. But usually I’m in and out the door in less than 5-10 minutes. Behind the counter all employees are very helpful and kind and courteous.

Nasty carrier came to my home on camera and threatened for me to never receive any mail. What I don't get I won't get. Came into the local office to speak with a supervisor. Was left waiting. Documented my wait. Leaving this review in case the hostile postal worker or her associates decide to unalive me because I want my mail.
