Came here for a passport two days straight with an appointment. The first day the passport lady left early. They made me come all the way there instead of calling me to reschedule. So they scheduled my appointment the next day for the same time. I came here the second day and they ran out of money orders so I couldn’t get a money order here to pay for my passport. I see why this post office has really bad reviews.

Hours suck. Forces you to come on on your lunch break then has a line out the door and only one person working!

I visited this post office for the first time in over three years to simply mail a letter and what should’ve been a quick, uneventful stop turned into one of the most distasteful and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The clerk, Shana, was rude, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful from the moment she engaged with me. After I sealed my envelope using my finger something I wasn’t aware was an issue she immediately reacted with a nasty attitude, telling me I “shouldn’t be doing that” in a completely uncalled-for tone. I calmly explained I didn’t know, and it wasn’t that serious, yet she continued to speak down to me as if I had committed a crime. If the goal was to educate, she could’ve done it with basic human decency. Instead, her energy was aggressive, ghetto, and highly inappropriate.
Even after another very kind and helpful clerk stepped in to assist, Shana continued making snide remarks behind the counter, loud enough for me to hear. Absolutely unacceptable. Her behavior showed a complete lack of professionalism and zero understanding of how to interact with customers.
When I attempted to get her name to report the behavior, the manager bizarrely tried to withhold it appearing more interested in protecting her than addressing the clear issue at hand. That alone shows a failure in leadership. When an employee is this unprofessional, you don’t protect them you correct the behavior, apologize to the customer, and take accountability. Instead, I was left even more frustrated.
The only reason I’m giving even a shred of credit is to the other young lady who assisted me with kindness and patience she’s the only person who behaved like a professional that day.
If this is the standard of service at this location, count me out permanently. I will not be returning, and I will be escalating this complaint further. Shana should not be in a role where she interacts with people. Period.

the worst post office i’ve ever been to. i came in to get a new mail key for my mailbox, and came with my ID. They told me i needed the deed to my house… okay, that’s fine. I go home to get the deed and come back, and they tell me because my address isn’t on it (my property was referenced on the deed a different way) they wouldn’t take it. i kept asking clarifying questions to understand what i can do, to which the clerk was extremely rude & accused me of “not letting her finish talking”, and sarcastically said “you clearly know better than I do”.
the “solution” we came to was that she’d take down my name and number and have the supervisor call me. i went to my car and called USPS general customer service, to which they told me that if i had my insurance policy on the house with the address, i could use that instead of the deed. i happened to have that, so i brought it in and showed a different clerk the USPS webpage that says insurance policy is acceptable form of identification. she took all my paperwork back to the supervisor, and came back and just said “the supervisor will call you tomorrow.” Even when expressing that I have time sensitive materials in my mailbox that i need access to, that’s all she said.
RIDICULOUS. I brought the paperwork they requested, and am being blatantly denied a service.

Women behind the counter was rude and dismissive. She barked out orders and directives without explanation and wasn't helpful whatsoever.

Been wondering where my very important envelope containing forms were and why the destination hadn't received them... Come to find out, my envelope fell out so where along the route and was hidden from view. Only someone looking for it could have found it I was told and my forms were late.

This post office went from 5-stars to 1-star overnight.
The lovely young new employee behind the counter holds her phone on speaker with one hand and processes my mail with the other. Quite the multitasker! I hope I didn't interrupt her call for too long.
She is also quite skilled at 3-pointers with my 8 pound fragile packages as she tosses them into the mail bin behind her. Who throws a heavy, 8-pound package into a bin filled with other boxes?
In addition to the terrible service at the counter, they apparently are unable to get packages scanned on the same day they are dropped. It now takes between 24 and 48 hours for your packages to even start moving.
I would honestly drive 10 miles out of my way to avoid this post office.

Really nice. If it was in your way just don't deliver my mail. Really don't appreciate my trash can being crushed.

It so desperately needs to be privatized I just pray that Elon Musk gets a chance to straighten it out they go out of their way to make it inconvenient when you step into this post office it's like stepping on to another planet I can't believe that these people have ever had a real job.

They all need to be fired. Everytime I call this service center, no one ever picks up the phone. The phone rings and eventually hangs up. This is just plain disrespectful. Unbelievable!!!!

Best post office around by far! The employees that provide customer service have been the same for years, and they are always courteous and helpful! I notice some people are reviewing the post office because “they aren’t getting their mail”, that should be a review for the entire USPS and NOT just our local post office! These workers do what they can as efficiently as they can with what they have, USPS goes way beyond this office…
