I've been in this store on several occasions where it just made me realize they don't care. Store has a policy to charge $5.00 to tape a box or you can buy a small roll of tape for a little more. Literally saw someone say they didn't have any money and just asked if they could still tape it. The only reason the customer got the tape was I and another customer volunteered to pay for it.Today, I get there as the store is closing. I walk in to hear a man yelling out "We're closed." I thought they weren't closing until 30 minutes, later and the door wasn't locked. I grumbled but left. As I'm getting into my car to leave, I see the same person holding open the door to let a customer in to mail their package. Now I'm upset so I confront the guy and his epic response is that she was there 5 minutes ago so she was there before they closed. Not in the store when I was in there, but she was there before they closed. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes to scan what I had but they couldn't be bothered. I'll avoid this store in the future.

Unfriendly and rude.I come in with a big package to return to amazon, the guy looks at it for three seconds and ask me if it it will fit in the box. So I pull it off the table, I press it down within literal seconds and fold the box with no problem. I put the box back up, and it goes on the table and the metal scale next to it rumbles. This tall guy about 6'7 at least yells at me telling me not to drop it on the metal like that.Well first of all, this whole process did not involve you and you didn't see what happened so why yell and accuse me of something you weren't apart of ?I get you have to look out for your equipment but I know well enough not to drop something heavy on a scale. So insulting my intelligence again is just appalling. I work in the service industry, you have no idea if someone comes in a bad mood or a rough day. So for you to yell at someone when you are ignorant to what's happening, well that's just ridiculous. Very poor guest relations if you ask me.But hey you guys were quick so thats a plus.

Yes this store used to be great today was horrible I went to send items back from amazon I was told the item had to be sent back in a box or dark bag I took it back in a dark bag the associate told me this was unacceptable so I asked if they had something mean while the associate is arguing with me because she said she never told Me a dark bag I said to her who was not waiting on that I did not want to speak to her I asked the associate who was waiting on me if they had anything and they told me to leave I will Never bring my business there and another customer was video taping me and making fun of me for using a contractor bag to return my item IKnow the owners and bring a lot of business No more

I took a package there that had tape on it that fell off. I wasn't required to package it but I took the time to put it in a box for them and they told me I had to buy tape to ship it despite the fact that I didn't need a box to return.

I walked in and it smelled like a candle store. The place was absolutely clean and spotless. The employees were in great moods. Best store AROUND

Have a Private Mail Box here because the USPS service in my home area is awful. When I had medication go missing that was suppose to be delivered by USPS, I opened up a delivery service here. NEVER HAS A DELIVERY gone missing. They are always helpful friendly and courteous despite at times being soooo busy.I have patience to wait but do not have patience for thieves orincompetency when important items go missing despite the tracking number stating it was delivered. USPS should take notes from UPS.

Employees are very helpful and professional especially, Emma. I watched a customer totally disrespect her, Emma couldn’t have been nicer back. The customer was completely out of line. I was the next customer in line, and she still greeted me with a very pleasant smile. We need more people in our community like Emma.

I wanted to ship something worth $200 to PA and needed this UPS location to box and ship it. They refused to box it in front of me and I refused to leave it on the counter or wait HOURS for them to catch up with items that needed to be boxed before they got to mine.Terrible attitude and service. I bought the box, and the label for shipping ($36+) took it home and it took less than 5 minutes to tape it up. Now I'm off to another location to drop it off. Do they really expect people to leave valuable items on the counter to be boxed later that day? I even bought insurance or whatever they call it to make sure the item arrived safely. They get a low rating because of attitude, and lack of service.

I do not recommend this UPS store. I brought in a 60 pound package to be returned and after waiting several minutes was told that I could purchase tape for six dollars or they could tape it for me for five dollars. I have shipped hundreds of packages via UPS and have never paid to have a package taped. I went the Perry Hall Store and they took care of it for me. Go there instead.

I had an issue with another out of state UPS store and this store, although a separate franchise, quickly resolved the issue. Brandon, a new employee was guided by Daryl the franchisee. Very friendly and helpful. USPS should take lessons

First, I had just been at this site a day prior to this. I was returning an item that was 100% ready to ship back to the vendor. I stopped in to ship this item which was a fairly large box. I had spoken to the young man the day prior. I walked in with the box in one hand ready to go & my 12lb Poodle in my other hand. (I never let him walk around in stores) other that Petsmart). I was told I could ship the package but he couldn't have a non-service dog in the store. My 12 lb dog that I was holding isn't a threat to anyone. The guy said it was fine to " leave my dog in the truck by himself"...... I said I cannot leave him in the truck by himself with all the nosey Karens out here these days. Then I told him I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I had some amazon returns today and I was so happy with the service I received! Both Darryle AND Kenji were super helpful and answered several questions I had. The service here is also super quick and helps so much when I quickly need to drop off a package in the middle of my day. I’ve always been in and out in less than 5 mins and every visit is always super quick and smooth. Def the best location I’ve been to so far! Thank you again Darryle & Kenji!
