Just had an amazing experience here with Matt Girard, what an awesome human! He really helped Us out today, really looked out for Us, made sure we utilized our FordPass points and really saved us today and couldn’t be more thankful for him!This guy exudes excellent customer care and just looking out for others. I started going to the Quick Lane at Al Packer's initially because "free" oil changes came with my car purchase. 9 years later I'm still their customer! I've had oil changes and work on my car like brakes, starter replacement, etc.What I appreciate about this location is the team. I've been a client of Randy's since he started at this location (maybe 5 years ago?). I never feel like he's trying to sell me work or pressure me into doing repairs. He also doesn't treat me like I'm some d*** girl that doesn't understand cars. Don't get me wrong, I'm by no means a mechanic, but I appreciate the thorough explanation anytime service is recommended, he even goes as far as to show me the parts that are having issues so that I can see for myself!A few reviews talked about long wait times - it's COVID times and everyone is short staffed. They are ALWAYS very upfront if there's a wait for the service that's being done and if I can't wait Randy will recommend a better day or time to come back in.As long as this location has employees like Randy working the Quick Lane I'm their customer and will continue to recommend them to friends and family! I bought my F150 in 2016 with 13 miles on it. Thanks to Randy and his team I now have over 320,000 on the truck. Any and all issues have been resolved on the first visit. I have not had any MAJOR repairs done thanks to the routine maintenance they preform.Services: Engine repair

I want to take some time to thank Randy in Quick Lanes for all his help in the past couple of months and for a spectacular detail job on today, friday 9/9/22 on my 2020 Ford Edge. I was in complete shock when I picked my truck up.At first I thought it was the wrong truck. I actually had to check the tags to make sure it was mine.I never expected to receive my truck back looking as new and clean as the first day I purchased her.I'm beyond grateful and thankful for you and all your help.I thought I was getting a simple wash and vacuum but definitely received much more.Thank you so much!I love you guys at Al Packer Ford LLC of White Marsh.

During a routine oil change, Randy told me my brakes needed replaced very soon along with tires but reassured me he would get me a great price. He did better than I expected for my brakes, tires, alignment, lugnuts, etc. I always have great communication with the whole team at Al Packer, from service to quick late to sales. I was very disappointed by my recent experience. I visited quicklane for only an oil change. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and I arrived on time. At about 10 am I decided to ask on the status of my truck's oil change and about ten minutes later I was told they were rolling it in to get started. At 10:45 they told me my cabin air filter should also be fixed, I said go ahead. At 11 I asked how much longer since I needed to leave (wasn't planning on being here so long) and a little while later they confirmed it would be 20 more minutes. Finally at 11:30 I was all set to leave. I was extremely displeased by my experience given I had an earlier-in-the-day oil change appointment set over a week in advance, yet I was stuck there for 2.5 hours and this was not a concern at all of the employees.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Google doesn't allow second reviews. So I will add to this one.. problems still not resolved. They did a recall on fuel delivery flange.. now the car cranks 20 seconds before starting. It been there 4 times Ryan and tech believe there is nothing wrong and this doesn'thappen. Well I have 30 other people in in escape and mariner big with the same exact issue. Also found the ford bulletin on this issue usually service tech used the wrong tool for job... I hope Ford sees this . I've been using quik lane for over 10yrs and David , Tony and randy have been great. I had a sensore replaced for abs recently. The light is broken on. And I feel it should be taken care of . It's the same sensor. But the mechanic that did the repair wasn't available. Sounds like they don't want the new tech to have to do warranty work. Meanwhile I have to go on vacation wit no absService: General repairs & maintenance
