We worked with Mike Booker who did an excellent job handling the delivery of our 16ft POD. He arrived within the stated window and texted us as he was getting close. He appears to have navigated our smaller community roads with ease and avoided running over our lawn as he backed up our steep drive way as well. Not the easiest task based on our many poor encounters with other larger truck drivers. But again Mike did a wonderful job and even finessed the position of the pod into a narrow corner of our parking pad just as we had requested. Friendly, fast, and professional. All around great experience with Mike and PODS as we moved our family across country from CA to MD. Would recommend to anyone!

We will be moving soon .We chose to purchase a Pod for our stuff. They were great from start to finish. Sent illustrations on emails, showed up earlier than expected, and was professional and amazing!
Michael Booker was our driver. We could not believe how easy he made it seem! We were concerned about our driveway having an inclined. He parked it in our driveway like it was a car! I'm very happy with our service.

Customer service needs to hire people who speak English, I could not understand the Customer service Representative, I ask to repeat several things to understand what they were saying, extremely difficult.

Domonique was super helpful and had great communication! He called the night before pickup to let us know when he’d be arriving in the morning and coordinate the perfect place to drop off the pod. I’ve used PODS for several of my moves over the last decade and have always had great experiences.

Excellent service! Drivers for both our delivery and pickup were super friendly. The pod was the perfect solution for us. We were able to store items to declutter our home while showing it to sell and able to transport our items safely to our new home.
