“This is my second school year with the storage company and I must say they are amazing compared to the other prices that my other classmates were giving me I paid nowhere near the price they pay. It’s very fast and efficient. The workers were extremely helpful and understanding I had to change my reservation more than two times and they accommodated me every single time with no issue no problem. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff in storage in the care of their hands.”

“We had Jerry's crew with Corey, Kobe, Chris and Steve for our transoceanic military move. This team was incredible! I waited to write my review to see how everything was at the receiving end and let me tell you, it's my first military move with 0 items broken! They were fun to work with during packout, and genuinely cared for our house hold goods. Jerry was communicative and professional! If I could hire anyone again, I would request this team specifically! They packed our 12k pound home in two days and crated our goods with care, everything made it to Hawaii in one piece! I can't say enough good things about them!”

“They were great!! I had a big job, with a magnitude of boxes, chairs, other furniture, and miscellaneous items. They had to go up and down the stairs repeatedly. They worked swiftly and did everything i needed. I also called, had a quote done the same day, and was able to get on the schedule for the following day. Will be using again!”

“I'm in the military and this company is phenomenal! Initially there were several delays and inconveniences with security forces due to Base clearances and entry access, for some of the movers and miscommunication on the start date for my pack out. Also the military used a sub-contracted company that was affiliated with Guardian. However the company recovered very quickly resolve the errors and sent the best packing team I've ever seen in 23 years of service and eight military moves. This team was professional, organized, hard-working and incredibly focused. The team lead, Terrance was amazing. He was experienced, and professional which took all the stress offf me. He was delicate with my belongings and ensured extra care and attention to detail were given to every aspect. A true super star. The team was amazing as well. Tevin, JJ, Joey Claude and I can't remember the other name either Mark or Aaron all well trained, super hardworking with fantastic attitudes. They cared for my stuff like it was their own. I am so impressed. I disagree with all the other reviews on this site. so hopefully you will take my positive comments into consideration when considering this company. they really are the best and willing to fix any errors and mistakes made to accommodate the customer. A++ to all. And Give the guys on this team a raise and promotion they deserve it.”

“They are the consummate professionals! Donna was very accommodating and always asked us what we wanted to do before making decisions. She called us a few times to confirm our moving date so I felt the utmost confidence that they would show up. The crew was polite, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Furniture was packed with attention to detail and care and placed precisely in every room where we wanted it. Even if we made a mistake, they moved the furniture piece again to the proper room. No complaints or grumbling. I have used Ernie's twice now in 8 years and wouldn't work with anyone else. And the price was extremely competitive compared to larger moving companies. “We worked with ARK to rig out our 29-year old Vipros Punch Press that was sputtering oil and grinding motors that sounded like trumpets for a deathrattle.They then rigged in our new EMK through a gauntlet of tight clearances, increasing elevation, weak concrete that collapsed multiple times, and uneven flooring.ARK navigated all of these challenges deftly. They made an already stressful situation much easier and were absolutely worth it.Steve was a pleasure to work with and thoughtful in his consideration of our job. I highly recommend ARK to anyone with rigging needs!”

“The truck I rented for my move was very clean and even had bluetooth, which was nice. My pick up was supposed to be contactless but I had some issues with the app but the staff at the store was able to help get me the truck with no issues. The team members were very helpful. I was rerouted on my way to return the rental and the call center and the staff at the drop off location were extremely accommodating and helped make my drop off a breeze. Very friendly and always the best pice for moving services.”
“My moving consultant was helpful from the very first call and I could book quickly and easily. The day of the move a team of professional, polite and efficient movers arrived. I was told it could be a 6 hour move but it was done in 4 hoursonly. Nothing got lost or damaged. I absolutely will hire this company again.”

“We worked with Mike Booker who did an excellent job handling the delivery of our 16ft POD. He arrived within the stated window and texted us as he was getting close. He appears to have navigated our smaller community roads with ease and avoided running over our lawn as he backed up our steep drive way as well. Not the easiest task based on our many poor encounters with other larger truck drivers. But again Mike did a wonderful job and even finessed the position of the pod into a narrow corner of our parking pad just as we had requested. Friendly, fast, and professional. All around great experience with Mike and PODS as we moved our family across country from CA to MD. Would recommend to anyone!”
