Seems like a "professional" operation but a bit rude on the phone. I called inquiring about work on my car and after stating the age of the vehicle and asking about options for the job i was rudely told they weren't interested in the job and then hung up on. Cant speak about the quality of there work but there customer service skills are lacking.....

I was able to get an appt for my remote start within a few days of my phone call. The owner thoroughly explained every step of the process on the phone and in person when I arrived. It only took a few hours. Upon completion he walked me thru the process of how to use my starter several times until I felt comfortable. I love my new remote start and highly recommend Fenix. Fast, knowledgeable, professional, local and affordable.

He ripped me off! I was quoted a price, then charged a different price 3 times more and told my amp was blown. It wasn't and I didn't realize this until went to best buy's geek squad and they hooked it up the correct way. Don't believe me, just check and see if this review is still here in 6 months.

Beyond happy with the job Fenix Audio did. Completely professional from start to finish. Took the time to give me a run down of everything that was needed to install a new receiver, component speakers (front and back), amplifier and subwoofer. No hidden fees (even brought me in under the original quote). Tuned the sound perfectly...system sounds incredible. These guys take great pride in their work and it shows. If you're thinking of upgrading your sound system, you needn't look elsewhere. Go here, deal with pros, and get the job done right. I will definitely be coming here for all future installs. The BEST auto AUDIO/Video install place period. . Clean install. Seemless. Fast. I have dealt with 2 other stereo places in the area with my previous cars...John is far better. Honest, Skillful, very reasonable priced....he does it right!

I have gone to John for two different jobs. First was to install an auto started . Then today he installed a light dimming mirror in 20 minutes. My husband and I love his work and how he interacts with you like your his friend and not a customer. He explains everything to you in detail. What I love most is that if you are unble to go to him he will work with you so he can come to you.

I was looking locally for a car audio shop and came across FENIX on Google. I wanted an amp installed in my truck and called left message , he immediately responded back and we set a date and time to meet. After meeting at his shop he spent an hour with me talking like we were old friends and actually trying to tune my existing stereo. As successful as that was I still wanted the amp installed. Again set a date and time to drop vehicle off and did so with him completing amp and remote starter install. When I picked up truck he took another hour of his time to explain everything to me and make me feel very comfortable about my decision to use FENIX to do the work I wanted. The kind of customer service John provides is from an era gone by. Hes trustworthy, dependable and actually knows what he is talking about. I would recommend having any electronic work done by FENIX .
