My Toyota Highlander was a mess when Collins got it. It happened during Covid and parts were taking forever to get too. They always kept me informed and did Great work putting my car back together. They even found things on the inside that I didn't know about. I hope I don't need them again but if I do, Collins is where I am going from now on. Those guys are professional.

Repairs were completed before the estimated completion date, they even took care of a small dent unrelated to the damages. My car was cleaned inside and out; when i picked it up I must have had a couple dollars that fell out of my pocket in the car as it was in my cupholder when I picked it up. It was not much at all but little acts like that are admirable knowing that they found it and made sure to put it in a place that was easy for me to find! Thank you for being the only shop in the area that didn't say no immediately because i have a Hyundai, or lack of capacity to accept any vehicles or tell me it would take 2+ weeks before even getting an estimate for the repairs! They provided an initial estimate for me the same day I called to bring it in and when I dropped it off that afternoon I was told the estimated time frame for parts and completion. Next time I have a need for repairs, they will be the first place I contact, my car looked perfect when I got it back ?

I took my car here after an accident that resulted in the whole front end of my car and hood being in need of repair. The team here is dedicated to their work and was very communicative throughout the whole process of working on my vehicle. They were also very understanding of the hassle that comes with having to go through insurance as well. When I picked my car up it looked better than it had before, not to mention, the inside had been cleaned as well! I would take my car here again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done on their vehicle. A huge thank you to Collins Collision for not only fixing my car to near perfect condition but also for the kind customer service as well!

I chose this place after my accident and my insurance was unable to find one near me. All I can say is I’m glad I chose Collins for my repairs. The absolute worst shop I have ever dealt with. No one has a clue what’s going on! They lie about time frames of repairs. They change estimates half way through a job! All in all extremely bad experience using this shop! Avoid like the plague!!!!!
