Don't waste your money, go to another dealer who doesn't sell junk heaps. Good luck getting them on the phone after the sale is made, especially when the junk they sell your suffers a catastrophic failure, usually within days of selling it to you. They are scammers, who have a history of filing false collection lawsuits and never have the paperwork to back up their claims, making it an easy challenge in the courts. They changed their name to Baltimore Trucks Maryland, different name, same junk, same scam. Avoid at all costs, they are not worth the headache. Thankfully they ain't that hard to avoid because they never seem to be open ever.Update Edit - Big sign saying Chesaco is under new management and the maintenance bays are open. News flash, it isn't new management, same folk, same dirty tricks.

Don’t trust them and Please do not give them personal information. Took my social to run credit yesterday … stated it would take about an hour and I should receive a call by 4pm Told them I lived over an hour away… hour came and no call okay… drove there since I had been hovering in the area and when I got there at 4:30 (an hour and a half later) they had closed early. This was the 3 rd time I had gone there within business hours and they weren’t open…. Today I call back around 11am (even if he never started the application until this morning there was ample time) and he stated he’ll have the person call me back… sound like the same guy as he had a thick accent. But I okayed and now at noon they will not answer the phone. Please do not give them personal information.

Ali the sales rep LIES. Messaged him and asked if he would take $4500 he replied YES. Told him we were on our way to pick it up with the cash and suddenly he said he couldn't sell the car for that, he wanted $5000 at least. This was after 2 people took most of a day off from work to drive about 2 hours to get it. Buyers BEWARE....RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

During this time of COVID, my wife and I were talking about people who have helped us along our journey in life and John was one. long short I have purchased and recommend over 30 car's from this business majority better than others, however I was grateful to find a deal at $25 per week ( if you'r credit was as bad as mine and you had to come to Chesaco ) this company was always fair and you are SUPPOSED TO Be your own best advocate for yourself and your family i.e. John would give you the keys to test drive the car always. HINT -- don't just test drive take the car to a mechanic. Not trying to throw shade or take away from anyone's experience with this business, however if you were running for your life like I was you clearly knew what you were getting into. I would like to take this opportunity to thank John and the Chesaco family for the opportunity to get back and forth to work, go food shopping, take the kids to various practices, visit family and friends and making the price right. Please see this business for a good price, and fair deal.

This place has scammed people for over 25 yrs. I bought my 1st car through tbem in 1991. I found out it had frame damage when I went for alignment 1 month later because not driving right. They totally blew me off. Never returned calls. When I went in person I was told I was a liar and that I must have caused the damage. Yeah ok... Ive heard of so many people being scammed here. Dont take the chance. They dont care who they hurt. My friend had a disabled child and they sold her a car that motor blew 6 weeks after she got it. They wouldnt return calls and again blamed her. Sound familiar?? Told her she must have not checked the oil. I hope they are put out of business. They have no shame or conscious.

Jennifer Wofford and Lisa Perrin ,Altworld Tube isn't lying they scammed me too back in 2016 I didn't know anything about buying a car and they stolen my money I later learned that you can not leave the lot without tag's and insurance they wanted me to drive to the insurance company on Eastern Ave without my tags or insurance which I didn't know was illegal a lady who was on the phone actually rammed into my front bumper while I was waiting to turn in the lot also the car was still in their name too when it happened that's when they called the insurance company guy to come and then gave me tag's which they claimed they didn't have anyway they hurried me up to leave after the police came made sure the paperwork was completed stole my 2500.00 I'm a single mom they totally took advantage of me then when I tried to get my car fixed the owner old man actually told me that the insurance would cover it he actually told me a repair shop to go to but lied and told the insurance company their was nothing wrong with the car I was lying then when I came up there I was called a liar that I pretended to be the other driver then I refused to pay for the car they could have taken it back but they sued me I'm bankrupt have no money they will not get any more money from me SCAM ARTISTS WE NEED TO KEEP REPORTING THIS LOW LIFE BUSINESS !!!!! TO GET THEM SHUT DOWN PLUS THEY KEEP CHANGING NAMES... Chesaco motors but it was Chesaco car company .....ect...

Buyer BEWARE! My friend just bought a car from here and it is a piece of junk...Most of these cars are not state inspected and won't pass....So only buy one if you just want the parts..... you won't be able to drive the car in Maryland...or if unless you want to spend thousands of dollars more trying to get it fixed so that it will pass.

Idk what they are talking about. I got a Hyundai that lasted me almost a decade from them. They are fair on pricing. Hyundai accent gt. They are straight forward and do what they can on payments. It was only 25 a week and I still got behind and they STILL worked with me. Have recomended them plenty of times since.

BEWARE....the cars they have are only for parts....most are not state inspected and will not pass....which is required once you buy the car....being from out of state my friend didn't know and bought a car here....they do not tell you the car cannot be driven in maryland unless you spend thousands of dollars more fixing it...do not leave buying a car anywhere without a state inspection certificate...they even issued temp tags for 2 months but the car needs so much work that it couldnt get fixed in that time and now can't be driven...especially without knowing it would not pass inspection
