Dealerships like this are the reason why I HATE when my car is having issues. So let me get this straight you all want to charge me a diagnostic fee per issue with my vehicle?!? How does that even make sense $199 to check out the sound I’m hearing in my brake pad and another $199 to check out the humming sound coming from my fuel pump is absolutely insane! Now let me rewind to where the issue started, I recently found I out that I have a recall on my vehicle that was never done on my vehicle, I call this Ford to get the recall done just for them to tell me the recall code is old ?? How can you tell someone a recall is old and not even check to see if it was done on my vehicle ? And guess what the recall is for ? The humming sound I’m hearing from my fuel pump! So here I am getting turned away from something that is clearly an issue that is clearly a recall. One thing I’ve noticed about Ford on the East side of Baltimore, once they do one recall they WILL ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY turn you away when you have another recall and will refuse to do the work on your vehicle. The paper I attached was from a diagnostic I got at another auto body shop showing the recall and codes of things going on with my vehicle, so I take try to take it to Ford for the fixes. I felt like I was rushed away as soon as I pulled up to my appointment and might I add there was a guy in the service department that kind of brushed off the issues I explained (very rude).
Anyways, I will never go to them again nor will I be recommending them to anyone. Your job is to work on vehicles at least act like you like your job and want to do the work! For the photo I attached if there is a mechanic that can assist I would love to get these fixes done!

Just bought a 2023 Civic Si from Nate Burgess, the quality and efficiency of this dealership was great, negotiating was very straightforward, very honest and I highly recommend this dealer and especially Nate Burgess, he is an outstanding gentleman and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Tom and Jimmy were fantastic. Very professional and exceptionally easy to work with. I would recommend that if you're in the market, go see Tom, he will take care of you. At no point did I feel pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships. We ended up buying two vehicles, and my buddy purchased one the following day. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future.
I also wanted to add that Mike in the service department did a great job as well.

I first called to get my car schedule for repair. The lady that answered and was my adjuster was a little nasty on the phone besides that I still took my car there to get the work done. They checked me in and started working on my car next day just to tell me that my car was fine and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They called me 2 times after test driving twice and doing a diagnostic on my car to see what the problem was. My car have a lot of wires chewed and tore up and can cause me to get into a major accident. My car is and was jerking as stated to the lady that I spoke to. My car is not operating normal and I knew that something was wrong. There is no way that you couldn’t tell by opening the hood on the car and/or driving the car that something was wrong with it or to feel what my car was doing in motion and not in motion.

Very disappointed. We worked up a deal for my daughtes first car. We had everything typed up for financing for the purchase order for my bank. I offered 2500.00 cash for a deposit and they decided to cancel my order and sold the car. Not very good customer service. I definitely will not return.
