I grab coffee here in the morning on the way to work. The crew behind the counter always does a wonderful job making sure the coffee is hot and well stocked. These are the true heroes of the morning rush!

I ordered a chipotle turkey panini. Just got home and there’s not a single piece of turkey on the sandwich. I am extremely disappointed and upset.

I would like for management to give the gentleman that cleans the gas station area up that is on night shift a raise because that man works hard and needs to be recognized for his performance at lifting heavy trash bags and clean the areas really well I watched this man at the gas pump for at least fifteen minutes pick up trash and try to lift up a bag that needed to be triple bagged he finally got it in his cart to be dumped awesome work dude keep doing a great job

Went here yesterday June 11 on my trip back home to Virginia, I bought some items and prepaid gas for $40 (the items were about $18 so a total of $58+) and I told the guy (Ryan, customer service rep) pump 13. Went outside, tried to pump and nothing came out. Okay. Went back inside and told him once I checked my receipt that he put my gas on pump 6 (for whatever reason he did that) he said okay no problem and said he fixed it for me. Went back out, still no gas pumping. Finally came in and asked for a manager, she did nothing (her name was Samantha) she said I would have to repay and wait for the refund to kick in. I went back outside and came back in because I told Ryan the rep that I couldn’t do that, it meant I had to double pay for gas for a total of $80 because they messed up. I asked for the manager again, and she messed around with the register again and in the end said the money would be refunded but it would take 2-4 business days which is insane. I told her why should I have to suffer because you guys messed up, it’s not my fault. What if I didn’t have the extra money to pay again? Any how so she said to me “it’s basically in your account but you can’t see it yet” so I’m like lady that means I can’t use it…anyhow I’m going to be writing to upper management. I’m just saying this to warn others about going inside to look for help from their incompetent staff. I ended up paying an additional $20 outside because of their mistake. Insane.

This was such an odd stop. I knew I need fuel and wasn't going to make it far if I didn't stop soon. Coming back up towards home I ran into this location. I pulled in and right up to a pump.The lot is rather large and can handle a good flow of customers when it gets busy. Plenty of pumps so a fuel stop should be a short endeavor here. That is if you didn't run into the problem that I did.I pull up to the pump and attempt to pay at the pump. The less human interaction I have to do, the better. No matter what I did, tapped, inserted card, debit or credit, the pump just didn't work. I wasn't able to move to another pump and I did what the pump told, go inside and see an attendant.When I get inside I go up to the counter and let them know what is going on. What I got in response was, 'oh, yeah, that pump's been messing up all day.' Instead of disabling the pump, or putting a sign on it to alert whoever used it, you have multiple people come in to tell you that the pump doesn't work. Honestly, it made me think that my card was shut off, even though I just used it elsewhere. Or, that my card was hit with fraud.Anyway, I had no other problems after that. I pumped my fuel and made my way out of there. I hope since then they fixed the pump.

I had to get gas, and the machine couldn't print a receipt because the machine was empty. The food was fine, and fixed the way I wanted. This parking lot is a little tight.

The customer service is usually great and friendly no problems there. Buttttt. The inventory at this location needs to be adjusted. Ive only lived in the neighborhood a little over a year. It seems to NEVER have the drink or energy drink you want. Limited ice cream when you have a late night craving. It can be very disappointing at times.
