As many of the other reviewers have said, this place went WAY downhill after Joe left. Several years ago, I would have happily given them five stars, but after my last visit, not only am I rating them poorly, I also won’t be back. The new management/business model is terrible, and I have a feeling the staff agree, as most of the employees seemed miserable, whereas in the past, the vibe was much more friendly and welcoming. My main issues with the new changes are extremely long wait times for a simple service when you’re the only customer and prices that have nearly doubled. Shame because this really used to be a great place.

This place has gone downhill. I've been coming here since they opened. New management sucks. This was a great place but the new folks have ruined it. Lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the tire rotation because apparently she didn't hear me ask for it. They had to take the car back in the shop to do the tire rotation after they were ready to check me out. Someone else came in after me for oil change and tire rotation and they were done and out of there before my car was even done with the oil change. Oh, to top it off, they didn't have the oil filter on tight/properly. My car was leaking oil all over my driveway. So, I had to have someone (not from mobile1) look at that and correct it. I will 100% not be going back there. My daughter will not be bringing her car there anymore either. I'm not taking a chance they screw something up on her. The workers were goofing off rather than working. Front desk lady was goofing off with them. A very unprofessional place now. Shameful.

I called to make an appointment and they said they are "first come first serve, " and when I showed up at 5:00pm they turned me away and said they were closing early because it's been a slow day (closing time is 6pm). What a waste of my time :(

Had my first service done here today. Got there right when they opened and was in and out in a little over an hour. Comfortable waiting area and the lady at the desk is super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

Always get me in and out fairly quickly. Comfortable waiting area . Best feature is the buy 5 get 1 free oil change! Keeps me coming back!

I have a great experience every time I have my vehicle in for service. Between fluid changes and new tires, Mobil 1 has the best, most honest, knowledgeable, friendly service. I highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change today which they always do a killer job. But also the techs there even turned off that stupid wheel sensor light that’s been glowing in my dash for weeks. Thanx fellas. Great friendly service.Service: Oil change

So I had to get away from southern tire they tried to replace one of my tires without my permission and when I asked they said there was a problem and I said that's not what I came in for then they stated we have only one tire and it costs a lot straight rip off. Now I used mobil one and had a great experience the only problem is why aren't you open on the weekends . I don't like to take time off of work to get my oil changed can someone please explain the business model.Service: Oil change

Mobile one in Mechanicsville Maryland express on 3 Notch Rd. gave me keychain Bob that said fivefor oil changes get the fifth one free I get full synthetic oil changes cost me $96 each one I have a Lexus I S250 so the fifth one was supposed to be free I went in to get it and the man said we don't do that any more you gave me a coupon it doesn't have an expiration is says every fifth oil changed so every 5000 miles I come in here to get an oil change he said I'm sorry we don't do that anymore because of the gas price rise and the oil rise economy rise so we quit doing that six months ago I said no because I was in here two or three months ago and the man click my fourth one out so I came in here thinking oh great the fifth one free he said you haven't been in here that you couldn't come in here to three months ago I've been here for six months and we haven't been doing those key bob coupons since I've been here I said check in the computer system to see the last time I've been in here you were in here in March I said OK April May June I said that's three months he punch the fourth oil change out then he said I'm sorry the owner told me not to do anymore so to me that was a scam I like them but I won't be back I don't like to be scammed you know when you you pay $100 just about for a oil change and the fifth one is supposed to be free you look forward to that I can't help it it's not my fault the economy went up gas and oil went up you need to Still validate what you offer and it takes me three months to get 5000 miles on my car I won't go back so if any of y'all have that little key Bob that says the fifth oil change is free don't go to Mechanicsville mobile one because they won't authorize it

I have previously left five star reviews for this place .. this new management is terrible you get greeted with it's a 3-hour wait as soon as you walk in the door.. not even a hello !!! and you need your registration and driver's license I've been coming here since they opened and never had to wait more than a half an hour .. it's a shame to see a local business run so un-professionally and poorly !!!!
