Mr. Hunt and his team are highly professional and give world class service. I appreciate their honesty and speed at which they worked. I’m not using anyone else for my HVAC services.

DO NOT call them very bad service and customer service. I have been waiting for 10 days to have my air conditioner repaired. As of today, it was still going to take another”few” days because they need to send someone out AGAIN to write down the order number for the part. Company only deflected the problem onto other people and/or one other, with no one taking responsibility. Had been working with them for years but now their service is NOT good so I will be moving on. Again, I strongly suggest you call another company.

i had first called to report my HVAC was not working and needed to have someone come look at it, they sent someone out and he went and "supposedly" wrote down the info needed to order new part for my HVAC, was told that the part needed to be ordered and would be in in a few days. didn't hear anything from them for rest the week and when I called on that following Monday was informed that they ordered the part but where it was coming from had lost the order. when talking to the girl she stated that she saw that nothing had came in but didn't think that they should give us a call to inform us of this instead she just waited until we called to see what the status was. So they sent someone else out to supposedly take a picture of the info needed again to reorder the part but this time was told he just ordered it right then and there i guess no picture was taken. when he was coming back out the second time while talking to the girl she said that it was okay if no one was home to take care of this. Now for the 3rd time they are saying that the part needed for our HVAC was still not ordered and they were sending someone else out to get the same info as the other technicians did but this time the tech said he called several times because he thought that we had a gate and when no one answered he just didn't come. my problem with this whole issue is accountability and communication, clearly the lack of communication between technicians is non existent , the number he claims he called is not our number but any other time they need to get a hold of us it has never been a issue. instead of just saying a mistake was honestly made company was just trying to deflect this issue on the company that lost the order but clearly there's issues that are taking place in house before you start blaming other people. and if you see they lost the order 2 times wouldn't you think to maybe order it from someone else or maybe do follow ups or at least sound apologetic. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have needed Hunt Plumbing's services and expertise several times and they have always responded very quickly. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and their expertise and workmanship has always been excellent.

So I had this company to come out to repair my HVAC. They started out the first day fixing my issue and less than 48 hours later they were back out to fix the same issue. Then once the issue was fixed, I had to call them back within 12 hours to fix another issue, shortly after that, I checked my ring camera and heard the guy Matt telling someone on the phone that I was a cheapskate and that they were going to haul me out. I’m guessing this means they were going to milk me for every dollar i had and that they did, when it was all said, and done the company End up costing me close to $3000 and the problem still was not fixed the fact that he laughed in front of my ring camera and talked down on me and basically stated
Sabotaging my home is crazy and I end up having to buy a whole new HVAC from someone else. Which cost me more money I believe that this company is ripping people off right to left. If I was you I would not allow this company to perform any repairs on your home. I’m even at the point of about to obtain a lawyer To sue the company due to the evidence that I have. You have been warned.

My upstairs HVAC unit went out last weekend. The front office was professional and prompt and had a technician out the same day. The tech arrived on time and was professional. The technician stated my compressor was dead (which was accurate). Payment would be 5k. He then checked my unit in the attic and stated "I would need a returner in my master bedroom because my system isn't big enough" Payment would be 7600 for a brand new system. I had a friend whose a HVAC tech come out for a second opinion. My compressor was dead. Yet, he found the same part for 1,500 and labor was $500. He stated I didn't need a new unit. He saved me over 3k. I understand businesses need to make money, but overcharging customers is not the answer.

The guys did a great job! Did their job and more. They fixed my issue of a leaking outdoor faucet and fixed another issue outside of what I asked for at no additional cost. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had someone out for quote. He was extremely late and kept telling me how each thing was not going to work for our garage apartment. He took all the measurements and my information and never got back to me with a quote. It was a complete waste of time and very frustrating.

A deteriorating pipe burst underneath our home we were renting out and Hunts came to the rescue. The job ended up being huge, basically ripping out the entire kitchen. Hunt's worked amazingly with the tenants, our property management company, and insurance to get the job done. The owner was in direct contact with me the entire time, and spent extra time on conference calls with insurance to ensure the work stayed within a scope. Highly recommend Hunt's for any/all work. Professional, communicative, and great service.

Ron was very thorough with his work. He was able to help with identifying quickly and fixing my outdoor spigot that continuously ran water. He took his time and did not rush the process. He kept me informed of everything that was going on.
