A few years ago, I left an excellent review. That was when it was a franchise owned by Jim Kimball. Jim retired and this office is now a corporate office. This year, I called to schedule an appointment and was left on hold for 16 minutes while they tried to find my info from before. I finally hung up and tried to call back. I only got a recording. I have used this office for many years and never been treated so unprofessionally. Will not return. They have lost my business.

After unforeseen circumstances, had to find a tax preparer at the last minute. Mechanicsville H&R Block scheduled our family with very late notice. April 8 I show up with my info for my wife & I as well as both children who needed returns also. Mona Braxton is the tax pro I saw. I can’t say enough good things about Mona! She was patient, thorough & helpful with info to remember going forward. I highly recommend Mona & plan on seeing her again next tax season!!!
