Poor customer service and lack of communication! Applied to rent a house through them in the beginning of March and contacted them numerous times after applying, actually contacted Barry 3-4 times a week to get an update on my application. Barry did not and still has not contacted me about my application. Their office is very unorganized! When I couldn’t get ahold of Barry via phone, I went to their office which they have a phone for as well that they don’t answer. When I walked into their office I was met by a lady that informed me she has nothing to do with that side of the business. She informed me that all she could do was write a note down for Barry to contact me, which never happened! Needless to say, if you rent your property through this company or want to rent a home to live in through this company, you might as well forget about it because their communication truly sucks!
