The room was clean. It definitely needs a lot of work. They should make it clear that they don't have an elevator. We were on the 4th floor. The breakfast consists of juice, muffins, and coffee.

I really like the hotel. It was clean and beautiful. Before booking I was kind of scared. But hotel way nicer than expected. Rooms really big. Location great for ski and other attractions like live music and dinner places. Definitely I would like to come again

The service was great from the time we walked in. The room I booked was for smoking and I requested a non-smoking room. They upgraded us free of charge. I would stay here again.
