We purchased our home from Humberson Homes about 2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems from the work that they and their contractors have done. To leaky windows, sliding falling off (multiple times in many locations), breakers blowing, to just plain not doing things right the first time. The contractors that the have come out are not prepared and have no idea what they doing. I really don't think their warranty means nothing to them. If you use them, you must watch them like a hawk! Buyer beware!
