Bobby is an absolute lifesaver and provided fantastic service! My car started leaking oil the Sunday night before Labor Day when I was supposed to be driving 7+ hrs home to North Carolina the next morning. Bobby fit me in on Labor Day, provided clear information about what he was doing to diagnose the problem, and gave me detailed information about what the issue was + how he fixed it. Bobby is the first mechanic I’ve ever had invite me to look under my car and take the time to explain what he was doing. Truly top-notch service and I would highly recommend Lakeview Automotive!

You get the best from the very best when you bring your vehicle to Bobby Lloyd. My Acura vehicles were well over 200,000 miles and still driving like they were new. I now have a Honda Ridgeline and I would not bring it to anybody else not even to the dealer. Bobby is honest and even routine maintenance gets done with excellence. This is not always true in other shops or the dealer. If you want your car maintained or repaired by an honest mechanic, bring your vehicle to Lakeview Automotive/Bobby Lloyd.

If this guy thinks you have money be prepared to be taken for a ride. Went for three years without A/C after he tried to charge me 1200 for a repair. Another mechanic who didn't know me fixed it for $300. He even charged me 150 for diagnostics. Avoid this guy.

Exceptional service and support! Bobby was a lifesaver in conducting emergency brake repairs on our vehicle. He even worked over the weekend to get us back on the road sooner. Superb integrity and master mechanic skills! And he's just a really nice guy. You will always get an extremely good deal and unparalleled expertise with Bobby! I'd give him more stars if it was an option.

Bobby Lloyd has an uncompromising dedication to quality. He is a mechanic that wants to keep your car on the road and out of the shop. I can say for sure he's the only mechanic in the deep creek area that carries genuine Subaru coolant. Very nice guy.

What an amazing service! I reached out to Mr Bobby Lloyd after having discovered that my radiator hose had broken on my Subaru Outback while visiting the deep creek lake with my family. on the morning of our planned departure from the deep creek lake - On the Memorial Day holiday - he was gracious enough to provide prompt service and lucky for me the part was available!
The work was efficient and thorough. Just being at his garage provided a sense of calm and reassurance. Needless to say, I was able to drive my family home safe and sound!

Was in Deep Creek for a girls weekend. We needed something fixed on our car. We were so afraid being from out of town that we would be taken advantage of. Bobby was incredibly honest and inexpensive. He was so nice to us. Wish we lived closer, he would be my mechanic, for sure.

Had rear break issues visiting mountain house this weekend. Called Bobby at 8am Saturday and was informed could bring in at 10am. By 3pm had car back with complete explanation of what the fix was. Great price and exceptional service. Would bring my vehicles there for all repairs going forward.

My family and I were out of town for the weekend at Deep Creek Lake when suddenly our mini van needed a new battery. It was 3pm on a snowy Saturday and after trying a few places on line we called Mr. Bobby Lloyd Sr. at Lakewiew Auto. He agreed to help us out and and I was in and out of his place in under a half hour. Mr. Lloyd provides an old school level of service which isn't very easy to find these days. If you need anything from battery to brakes to a full engine rebuild look no further than Bobby Lloyd's Lakeview Automotive.

Amazing experience! We are in for the weekend and our battery died. We were able to get a jumpstart but I wanted to make sure there were no major issues. I googled and found Bobby. He took my call personally and I drove over right away. At first I wasn’t sure if I had the right place but I drove up the long driveway and this amazing three bay garage was waiting for me. Bobby could not have been any kinder. He ran a bunch of tests, told me everything was ok, and sent me on my way. It was a great experience and I wish there were more mechanics with his knowledge and people skills. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were staying at the Wisp Resort for a long weekend when our car unexpectedly started smoking from the hood and stopped working. We called Bobby Lloyd Lakeview Automotive and he provided the best service from a mechanic that we’ve ever had. He was responsive, attentive and kind and went above and beyond to get us back on the road in a timely manner. Honest, reasonable and highly skilled mechanics are hard to come by. Visited Deep Creek Lake recently and had a noise develop in the front left tire while we were there. I called to make sure someone could check out our car and thankfully Mr. Lloyd could see us a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it so we could drive home safely.
