“I came to this office after my passport appointment was canceled at the Martinsburg WV location. Thankfully, the Williamsport MD post office accepted walk-ins, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received here. The drive was worth it, and most importantly the customer service from Rob who works here was excellent. He was knowledgeable, detailed and kept me well informed. You can tell he is a hard worker as he multitasked providing assistance to all customers. I’ll be coming back next week for another passport service, and I am happy to drive the 30 minutes to this specific location. Thank you Rob for creating a memorable and easy experience!”

“I didn't really need any services today but I figured that I would stop by and drop off my postcards at this post office. I chose it for no reason other than the name of the town so that it appears last in my list of Yelp reviews after Zolfo Springs. Welcome to Zullinger! When I can find a place that starts with ZY... on my travels, then I'll go there too! The post office is of course closed on Sunday but they have a mailbox you can drive up to and not have to get out of the car. [Review 15136 overall, 638 of 2021, number 556 in Pennsylvania.]”
“The actual post office location in Greencastle has helpful staff if you need to drop off a package or buy stamps, etc. As other people have mentioned there have been some issues with mail/package delivery but that seems to be more of an institutional problem”

“I’ve been using this post office for years & I’ve had nothing but amazing, above & beyond customer service. I recently had an issue that was entirely my fault regarding a forward that I didn’t realize was still in effect & when I called, the automated system sent me a link to contact customer service for assistance and I put the request in yesterday & I received a call back this morning- I was shocked especially with a worldwide pandemic & I received a call in less than 24 hours & she was able to see what I had done & fix it & I couldn’t be more appreciative. I usually only do reviews when I’ve had a bad experience but I was so blown away by the customer service that I decided to take the time to tell others. Thank you all very much!”
