We are so happy we went with PPLC for our daughter. She has learned so much, made friends, and although there are several different-age classrooms, the atmosphere feels personal and family-like. It's easy to communicate with the director and teachers -- everyone responds quickly and concise. We'll be sad when it's time to move on, but know that our daughter will be more than ready to take on kindergarten and beyond with the skills she has learned at PPLC.

There is nothing comparable in the area! 2 of my children have attended through their young childhood years and my third will also attend. The teachers are so caring and personable. They have learned so much and have nothing but happy memories. I would never consider another option. While it is pricey, it's comparable in price to other options in the area, but superior in the care they provide. The personal connections they make with each teacher and with each family that attends make it special and worth every penny.

We have been with Peter Pan for many years. Our oldest went there and continues to be well adjusted with high marks in school. We currently have our 3 year old there and couldn't be happier. The way they take care of him is as if he is their own. They love and nurture him with clear instruction and calm redirection. I have looked at other places but Peter Pan is the gold standard. They have everything you would want and more. They have an excellent cirruclum, loads of outdoor time and space to run free, clean classrooms and knowledgeable teachers who care so much for each individual. See for yourself , ask for a tour, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome program at PPLC… my daughter thrived there and my son has done the same. Great staff and location as well!

5 stars across the board! It was such a peace of mind knowing our daughter was being lovingly cared for and safe. The owners and teachers couldn’t be more accommodating and welcoming.

I agree that a review of one star from an unhappy client is crazy. Go take a tour and see for yourself. As a former teacher, I can tell you that Peter Pan has very high standards for their teachers. The staff makes sure that the children are learning, loved and have FUN! If you want your kids to have authentic, hands-on learning in a safe and loving environment, Peter Pan is the place for you! I encourage perspective clients to go take a tour! You won’t be sorry.

All three of my children attended Peter Pan Learning Center. I chose the school based on the feeling of warmth and nurturing. One of our children has a rare medical condition— I can think of no staff or owner who could have cared for my child any better. They loved her, cared for her and even visited her in the hospital during her many stays. With having a child with medical issues, emergencies can arise. I always knew my other children would be taken care of because of the flexibility the center has with before care, after care and days of attendance.
All three children entered elementary school with confidence, independence and the skills needed to begin their academic careers. Having a loving and positive start to their school experience has set them on a path of living school and learning. Thank you Sue and all the staff at PPLC! You are forever in our hearts!

I am not sure how someone could have a review of one star for Peter Pan. It is the most loving and nuturing environment I could ever imagine. Leaving your child in the hands of Sue Kruhm and her staff is a no brainer.
If you want a true family experience without the feeling of one the big competitors, this is your place.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Kids feel bored and disengaged. I was running 20-30 min late picking up my kids once (my train was delayed) and got a phone call full of attitude from a staff person. Instead of asking if everything was ok, she started lecturing me and demanding that I made arrangements immediately (turns out she had dinner plans that evening). On another day, my son was prohibited to eat lunch because "another boy was allergic". My son ended up being hungry the entire day, nobody took him to another room to eat his lunch or offered something else in place. Moreover, when I asked what ingredients were problematic -
the answer I got was "oh, he could have just eaten it in another room." I wouldn't recommend the place at all. I asked kids about what they were doing during the day - "mom, we just hanged out in the basement. It is boring." The smell in the basement is that of an old building. It is hard to find a good camp, but there are better choices.

AMAZING! Our 5 year old has been going to Peter Pan for two years. We were lucky enough to find a spot for her and have been SO grateful for this facility, the fantastic teachers and dedicated director, Sue (who lives on site!). We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate for the education, love and attention our daughter receives on a daily basis here. She will certainly have a great leg-up going into Kindergarten and has become very confident in herself and her abilities largely in part to her experiences with Peter Pan and the friends she has made there. Great facility, HUGE play ground, awesome faculty, what more could you ask for?
