I just recently bought my first ever car through Ourisman Mitsubishi (Marlow Heights) and I had a great experience with them. All people part of the deal including Sales Associate: Anayla (Nay), Manager: Zane, and General Manager: Kenny all took the time to explain everything in detail and ultimately helped me get the car of my dreams. I would 100% buy from them again. Great work!!

My previous review was about the lack of professionalism from the customer service staff at this dealership not the Sales Rep Qunicy. Quincy was great and went above and beyond to provide professional service. Spoke with Steven Jones and he provided great deal of professionalism and path to help me out should any issues happen with my EV. However, leadership team still need to train their front-line staffers on how to provide the right customer service.
I recently purchased an EV vehicle from this dealership and honestly worse decision I made. The car has given me problems and no one at this dealership is able to provide advice or assistance how to resolve the issue. When I call I get bounced around. I am still under warranty and still these employees have no path forward to resolving my issue as a first time car buyer. Very Very Very disappointed.

In my years of purchasing cars this was one of the best to good to be true experiences. The level of Customer Service is top tier! From the time I spoke to Mr. Zane over the phone… the process was as smooth and assuring as his approach, with Confidence that his sales team can and will deliver the same level of Professionalism. In which Mr. King did just that, and even exceeded my expectations. My Daughter and I had the perfect duo working together like riding the wings of Faith to put us in our new vehicle. Words can’t describe how these young men has raised the bar in car sales. It’s not hard, we make it hard and it really doesn’t take all day… Like I have experienced in past of signing deal after midnight. No this was pure dedication in finding the best options that suits us, then receiving a callback to come in. Within 2 hours or less my Daughter and I had keys to our Brand New Ride. Give Ourisman Mitsubishi a try and Shoutout to Mr. Zane and King for doing a Phenomenal Job!!! I humbly Thank you…??
