“The workers, doing the assigned Job took care to servicing the customers, per individuals. Some were unhappy workers taking on the demand of both the customers and the assigned manager or boss. Some workers left due to their work schedule and much added pressure. Service with a smile could have many reasons.”
“In the back towards the right hand side were some shelves with THE most amazing flattering comfy stretchy jeans. Not quite Jeggings but definitely extra stretchy denim with fun designs on the pockets. Sometimes its a bit much in terms of bling but it depends on your needs. I used to give these as gifts and my niece said someone complimented her jeans in a grocery store. They are just that lovely. For that alone I give this shop 5-stars. However, I also found some unique tops and very cool dressy pleated skirts. Its always worth poking around. Friendly owners! I believe there is at least one dressing/changing area in the back to try on jeans.”

I was contacted by a customer service manager who corrected the issue expeditiously and fixed it going forward. Now, I am cautiously optimistic that I will remain a customer of Industrial Bank for the foreseeable future.
06.06.2023: This review can be applied to the Forestville and Oxon Hill locations. I went into each of these locations and requested to update my billing and physical address (2.5 years ago and a little less than 2 years ago, respectively). Now that I have an expired debit card, I am being told that I did not have an address change on my account. Although I used this bank to facilitate the purchase of my new home and made the address change based on the transactions on my account, I am being told that I have to go into "a branch" to get a new debit card(45 minutes drive) or wait an additional 2 weeks for it to be mailed after I submit an address change by mail.
This is too much of an inconvenience for me as a customer who does most of my business electronically and who had been jumping through too many hoops to maintain my account with Industrial Bank.
I was told that my "new card" (never mind the card that they sent to the incorrect address may have been received by someone who will try to use it to gain access to my funds) cannot be sent to me expedited since it wasn't my fault the information was not updated in time.
Therefore, I will be withdrawing all of my funds from Industrial Bank and I will NEVER use them again. In addition, I will ensure that all of my family and friends make a better choice for personal banking.”
