One of the staff members at the counter was able to provide my with all the part I needed and also showed me how to assemble everything. He saved the day. I didn't have to call a plumber, I did everything myself.

Nice stuff and nice people, but they sure work bankers hours. Come to think of it, my bank has even more convenient hours. And if you go on Saturday, expect to wait an hour or more to get serviced.
