Auth Road is my go to rent-a-car, Chris is a dynamic representative, courteous,even when they run out of cars. Over all I had to ask that tires be checked for air to other reps, or was run thru car wash.

Specifically regarding customer Service with their “Assistant Manager Leah.” She is EXTREMELY rude. She has poor customer service, and lacks the ability to communicate thoroughly. When trying to speak with her, I asked for the name of the representative who stated they reached out and left a voicemail for me (because I don’t have a voicemail. It’s never been set up so no one is able to leave a message.) She proceeded to inform me that he did leave a message. I encouraged her to try calling me and listen. No one can leave a message. She literally hung up on me.

Just save yourself the headache and don't rent from here. I had a reservation through my insurance. When I arrived they said it was no more cars and to come another day (3 days later). Such an inconvenience when your car is in the shop and you have things to do. When I came back they claim they didn't have the vehicle that my insurance covers so they gave me an "upgrade" at no charge which was a lame a** Nissan suv, it drove terrible. I then found out I was being charged for the "upgrade". I brung the car back asap and got the car that my insurance covers (Toyota Corolla). At this point this is my 3rd visit to the place. About 3 days after having that car the battery dies while I'm out and about. I called their roadside assistance and found out it's a $55 charge. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I'm just very dissatisfied with this place and won't rent from here again.

This location has the worst customer service ever. I went to pick up a car from there on November 30th. I had it for a couple of hours the smoke smell that they tried to hide became strong and gave me a headache along with the rear tire seemed to be low or car needed an alignment. I called this location back on December 1st and told them my issue, they stated for me to come in at 4:30pm that day to exchange the car. Once I got there no one wanted to acknowledge my call and they tried to say I may have called the wrong location. They proceeded to take the car and clean it and spray it AGAIN, which clearly didn't work the first time. After the back and forth they provided me with another car that I saw someone just return. This car is not safe to drive at all, there is a rattling noise coming from the rear of the car. When you go over a bump or railroad tracks the car fishtails and you have to hold on tight to the wheel. I have tried to get a replacement and no assistance whatsoever. I am loosing money and days with this issue as my insurance company is paying for this and I'm still out of a car. Whoever is the manager of this location needs to do a better job training their staff and techs need to be more honest with cleaning and fixing these cars. If I could give zero stars I would.

On 9/19/22 at 11:39am I called Enterprise at this location about a reservation my insurance provider completed. The rep informed me over the telephone that my reservation was set and asked when can I come in? I informed the rep at 4:00 and he stated that he will have me set. When I arrived at the store around 4:00pm the staff started acting weird. One guy looked up my reservation and then had someone else assist me. The first guy who was working with me for the first few seconds started looking confused. They were able to look up my reservation via telephone and started asking me the name of my auto insure and and my insurance policy number. I specifically asked the rep "Do you see my reservation in the system from my insurance?" The guy stated yes. And seconds later the 3rd guy came from The back to inform one of the guys that "they don't have any cars." I basically wasted my time and no one apologized or bother to offer me discount or anything from f*cking up on their end. They told me to come back, I will go somewhere else. This store location has poor customer service.

Once you buy a car from this dealership they give you their butt to kiss. When I purchased my car from Enterprise in Camp Springs/Suitland I was unaware of the BS associated with the purchase. After 4 months of having my car the motors in my windows died and my engine began making noise. I purchased the car with 62k on the dash. Soon after discovering these issues I was informed that the employee who sold me the car incorrectly entered my information in the MVAs system. I purchased a Kia Optima and I was provided a temp registration and plates for a Honda CRV under someone else's name. Enterprise states that their unable to fix the windows because they are not under warranty. I'm currently unable to roll my windows up and I am unable to receive a registration or my permanent tags. I wish I never purchased my car from this shady dealership, the employees are incompetent, the inventory is sold at twice the Kelley Blue Book value with refurbished salvage quality. I beg you to look elsewhere. I would recommend Auto Giants in Temple Hills over this place.

Great truck rental experience! John was super friendly and helpful in providing the right sized cargo van at store opening (7 am). 300 miles per day were included, plenty for a medium distance move. I wish all enterprise locations would have such high level of customer service!
