Came in today to AMKO eveyone here was amazing very nice and timely. Bought a 2017 Audi Q3 and it wasn't at this location but during the buying process they got it shipped cleaned and ready to go for me and my family. Thank you all so very much!!!

My husband and I came in recently and purchased a 2016 Lexus. Deandre helped us out with everything and he was great!. This was a very stress free experience and any problems we did run into Deandre was right there to fix everything and make sure we were all good to go. Deandre helped us out so much and let us know if we ever run into any issues to let him know. The customer service was great and the environment was very friendly and welcoming, if youre thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Excellent auto direct I say go for it!

I inquired about a vehicle for sale. I received multiple text, and emails from Ana. I asked her to confirm the vehicle location, that it was already inspected, cleaned and ready for sale. Anna confirmed everything then made me a 4:30pm appointment for the Temple Hills Location. I drove 30 minutes to the Temple Hills Location, waited another 10 minutes, then found out that the vehicle was at the Laurel location. I then drove 30 minutes back home. This lady wasted 1hr and 10 minutes of my time for a car that I didn’t even get to see. From past bad experience I even asked her to make sure the car was at the Temple Hills location and was ready to go. Just straight incompetence and unprofessionalism. Please don’t go to any of their locations without speaking to a manager 1st.

This dealer is really worth being careful of. They said 50-50 for 1-year and 2-year warranties, but they rushed me to sign the paperwork, and when I saw it, it said 50-50 for the 1st year, not the 2nd year. It was a scam. They lied. I don't know how much they act like that when buying a car. I was really upset, but I had to buy the car, so I made the choice, but later I found out that there was another problem, and they wouldn't fix it despite my strong request, so I just took the car. If I were to rate this dealer, I would only recommend them 3 out of 10. If I were to rate them 5, I would only give them a 1 or 2. I was really upset. In particular, the assistant manager is Vietnamese, so you should be very careful when buying a car. The salesman is a completely powerless person, so I don't really talk to him. I would rate him as one of the most annoying used car dealers.

Worst experience ever! I found a particular truck I wanted, they told me it was inspected but there were some stains and other things I wanted fixed first. I live 2 hours away so they told me they could have it delivered the next day. I had to wait an extra 2 days expecting to see a flatbed pulling up with my truck, but no, somebody drove MY truck for 3 hours to my house then asked if I can get him an Uber or drive him back to the dealership! Then he called the dealership and was yelling in another language & cursing while he was on my property! I had to sit in my truck with a stranger for half an hour until an Uber came. On top of that my truck never had the oil changed when they had it, all they did was reset the oil life display, now my truck is making tapping noises. NEVER AGAIN! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This company uses the bait & switch method to capture sales to prospective car shoppers. For many of you who don't know the bait & switch method in the car industry, I will advise you to study this method during your car search. They bait you in by showing a false advertisement. When you come in they keep you waiting for a long period of time before they applied the switch method on you.
My personal experience was with Amy. Before I traveled to go to see Amy I specifically asked her if the vehicle that I am inquiring about was just for advertising purposes, she insisted no and that I should come in, I took the trip to the temple hill store, where I was greeted by Amy. Amy took me to the back to sit and wait in the waiting area, I decided that I should toured their whole inventory, looking for that specific car, it was no where to be found. Once I was finish touring the lot Amy approached me, I then asked her where was the car that was advertised the one I inquired about, Amy began telling me all kinds of lies, first it was at an other location, then it was in the shop because it needed a water pump, she then jumped on the phone to presist with the lies. The most disrespectful thing that happened was that the male manager jump up and started cursing telling me to leave his store because I asked not to be lied too. Before leaving Amy try apologize and insist she will call me when she have the car it's been 3 weeks no call, I wasn't expecting a call back since they knew I knew they were applying the bait and switch method, with the scam of selling old cheap cars from the car auction that are priced extremely low and sell to consumers for heft prices.
Please be aware of all the scams that these companies are appling to consumers. Make good decisions.
