This is the worst 711. Every time I go to this location, the coffee machine is broken, and the coffee pots are full of cold coffee.
The young lady never serves the customers in line she is always too busy carrying on with her own personal conversation on her cell phone. I literally stood in line for 3 minutes with six people waiting while she carried on telling the person on the phone we could all use self scan so she doesn't know what we are waiting for.
Well, what about items being purchased from behind the counter??
Bottom line. They are THE WORST!!!

I went to the store at 9 AM on Tuesday May 7th . The store located at 3314 Branch Ave, Marlow Heights , MD.20748
I bought several items . The cashier was a young African American lady who is inefficient ,she couldn't count my purchases right . She is also rude to customers and used to curse and use racial slurs such as N words .
If I were a manager of the store , I will fire her .
Infact if you have 0 for rating the
store , I would give 0 to your store
I will be more than happy to talk to a manager today about my bad experience this morning .

Why is 7 eleven closed at 7:30am??? Now I see why there are so many 24/7 convenient stores cause you can't rely on 7 eleven to be open. Btw, I don't need a link to write a review somewhere else. This isn't my neighborhood 7 eleven thank God. I drove elsewhere and got what I needed. I'll never waste gas going here again.

For the last 5 months since the new people have took over the 711 have been going downhill ever since. the ice machine wasn't working for months the slurpee machine doesn't work the coffee doesn't stay stocked the snacks are never fresh. They never open up on time they will close early before 12:00 and they will open up almost 7:00 a.m. they are late every day

What time does this location open? I go to this store around 5:20 every morning and the door is locked but I see crew members inside ppl do have to go to work smh

The owner said the store will close between 12am and 5am for cleaning but the 2 young ladies working on 03/15/2023 closed the store before 11pm which was an inconvenience to several potential customers

Since being under new management with Marvin, I love shopping here and it's not even my neighborhood store. Everyone is friendly, polite and always in a great mood. I don't know what Marvin is doing in there but I love it!!! It's always a pleasant experience from the moment you enter the door until the second that you walk out!!

By far the worst location I’ve EVER been to. Inconsistent hours, when they start closing at 10 on a Friday night and reopening at 5am? Never any fresh food hot or bakery and I’m talking visibly old, dry and burnt pizza and the likes and well past sell by date stale cookies. They have ONE size of slurpee, ☝? so if you didn’t want a large, oh well. Staff is constantly rude and hostile with customers, I kid you not I had one of them call the police on me because I asked if he could check for fresh cookies in the back and he proceeded to scream at me that he would not and then called the police, they too thought it was ridiculous. Anyways this place needs to be revamped or shut down like yesterday.

I bought it this morning "fresh" for my daughter and myself. Will update if she becomes sick.. will take back today. Be careful...I responded...I am going to bring it back later this evening... my daughter's, low pulp, was fine.
