8200 Port Tobacco Rd, Port Tobacco“I made my passport appointment here and it was super fast, it didn't take more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I did have to wait a bit for my turn but no more than another 5 or 6 minutes. It's a small place, all old fashioned but functional if you go at least for your passport's appointment.”

400 5th Ave, Quantico“One of the best Post Offices I’ve been to. It might be because it’s on a Military Installation. The Post Master (Mrs. Alicia) runs a “tight ship”. All staff has consistently been courteous and helpful. Over the last year a lot of their retail staff have since changed which is why I am giving 5 Stars!!!”
“This review is for passport services only. I visited the Lorton post office to apply for a passport. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the photo equipment was broken (which happens), so I had to go somewhere nearby to get my photos. That did not otherwise result in any delay in my application review and the solution was easy, so I didn't deduct any stars for that. It might be a problem for those trying to apply for a passport during walk-in hours, so I'd recommend coming with photos in hand just in case.
The postal worker was professional and patient and took great care to make sure the application and supporting documents were all present and correct. The worker clearly had had a lot of experience with the passport process and knew what to do to make sure the application made it through the State Department smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to go to this location for passport assistance again.”

8205 Marshall Corner Rd, Pomfret“Wow, out of all Post Offices I have ever been to here in Southern Maryland, this is the BEST. Friendly staff, quick service, very clean, and no long line.
Worth the longer drive. Recommended over La Plata and Waldorf (Post Office Rd) locations.”

9001 Gunston Rd, Fort Belvoir“This is my second visit to the Accokeek Branch, in recent weeks. It was such a pleasure meeting, Ms. Hillary. She has a pleasant personality and provides great customer service. Thank YOU Hillary and thank you USPS for hiring an exceptional employee to serve our small community. ?”
“I had a lot of stuff to send (8 boxes total and 3 were heavy dive tanks). Elenor and Judy were fantastic and laughed and made it fun, even when the printer jammed (repeatedly). The location was so easy to get to, close parking and easy access to the counter. I drove out of my way (from Arlington), just to use this location, and I will do so again!! Great job ladies !!!”
“Great service. I've been going here for 12 years and like everyone I have had issues but businesses are people too. Imagine if you were reviewed by the public for the job you do everyday. Shalanda is amazing and usually not her fault there alone, but always friendly and helpful. Be friendly and maybe they will be friendly in return. Like everyone in life. Mistaiare made admit them apologize, fix them and get better.”
“I've been here twice & I like it there. It's quite & not a lot of traffic. I hate going to the one in Woodbridge, where I have to wait almost 30 mins to get to the desk. Customer service there is nice as well.”
“USPS staff is very friendly except the male manager. He is rude to everyone.Long lines are expected at times. Use self service machine. Quick and easy.Cleanliness needs to happen more often than usual. The lobby can use a makeover.”
“The service here is excellent. Compared to other offices in the area, the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. Eric is amazing. There could be 100 people in there, and they are still making sure each customer is greeted.”
