The delivery driver on Saturdays is horrible! Today she drove into my yard and ran over my lights by my front door. Once before she almost ran over a one year old in my driveway after screaming at us for not helping her unload a small package. She sped out of my gravel driveway throwing rocks up at us and our cars. She has cursed at us before because Amazon does not deliver their own packages! She throws our packages wherever she wants in the driveway or at the garage door. She does not need to be working for the postal service if she hates delivering mail and packages!

The post offices discriminate only because we are Hispanic, the very arrogant boy asks me for my address and when I ask him that because he is an arrogant person he gets angry and starts to defend himself. Remember that you work for us, not so that you discriminate against people because of their origin or country

Unacceptable service. People pay for postage. You all are selling a service, not providing charity. You can't just leave a stack of packages by the road. Unbelievable!

I had a post office box here for 8 years and I must say that it is one of the better post offices that I have ever used, and I have used the fair number of them. The employees are very helpful especially if you make any inquiries. For example, once I left my key and my PO box and a kind neighbor removed it from the PO box and gave it to the employees. I realized where I had left my keys and stop by a day later and sure enough, the employees returned my keys to me. That won't happen it just any postal office! Because it is a small post office, they usually only have one worker at the front desk and so service can be slow, that's why they did not get a five-star rating. Some of the people there are longer term and because Manchester is a small town they will recognize you by face if you are a regular there, again highly unusual at most postal facilities.

This may be a small post office but the service I receive here is FAR BETTER than the “service” ,or lack there of, I have received from the new Hampstead post office.

Multiple times they claim they try to deliver packages when they don't. They don't want to walk the few feet to the door to leave the package.

Constantly throw my packages on the ground at the tractor shed or on the street at the mail box. Many valuable packages set in the rain or available for thieves until I find them. They have ignored many request to leave them at the house on the porch. I seriously wonder why I waste my time with the review. I'm certain no one really cares. People at the post office are as nice as can be. Very helpful and friendly. Ps don't even think about getting someone on the phone. The long list of recorded options do not include that. It's a joke!!

Great post office! My mom was a postal clerk here for over 20 years. I grew up here! My growth chart was marked on an inside wall before they painted! I love seeing Ms. Joy when I need stamps she's the best!
