We had some, what turned into serious, issues with our van. They were very courteous and professional in dealing with the van and our frustrations.
They worked to get it right in the end (it wasn't their fault to begin with). They even dropped the van off to my wife's work so she would have it to ride home.
Good people and their process was awesome. They took pictures of the assessments, then you could choose what you wanted to get fixed and they provided progress messages along the way. Very cool and felt good to see what they were talking about.
The pictures and videos they sent of the troubleshooting process helps so much to build trust. I didn't feel like I was being taken for at all.
We will be returning.

Great service ....... pictures were taken to show me where the problem was. They explained it to me on the phone. Can't ask for better service than this, they have a customer for life!!!

Beware… they told us it would 1300 and ended up being over 1600. We are in the database as we just picked up the Prius today. Lesson learned

With all due respect……….Most expensive oil change of my life. Quoted almost $800 for breaks/roaders/fluid, filters and then the oil change. I knew something wasn’t right. Denied everything but the oil change… took it to my old place a couple days later. They said my breaks and roaders still had half their life left. My old place said “whoever said you needed all this replaced needs their eyes severely checked” They topped my fluid for free and I got 2 new filters for $50. Glad I trusted my gut. I’d rather drive 37 min to eldersburg than trust this place again.

New to the area and having an issue with car I looked on line for repair shop close by. I called and the gentleman said bring it in , explaining my situation they went out of their way to complete and have my car back to me that same day . All problems were taken care of and done at a reasonable rate! Please give this company a try you won’t be disappointed!

I needed a new mechanic as my guy moved away. I Google searched my area and Ranglin's was the top rated mechanic near me. I called and he told me to bring my car in at a set time. I only wanted an oil change with tire rotation when I brought my car in. He did a head to toe inspection and found things that I knew needed some work. He sent me an invoice of the jobs via text link and I chose what I wanted him to do. He completed the jobs that I chose and my car was ready the next day. The labor wages are a competitive price and the work is backed by his guarantee. Ranglin's is now my new mechanic of choice.

Dwane was awesome! I was on my way to Maryland from Pennsylvania when I realized my tire had a nail and I couldn't add air to it. I googled the nearest tire place and drove to Ranglin. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Dwane got me looked at right away and fixed my tire.Exemplary service and very understanding. Thank you!
