unable to leave a review on your facebook page. Have had the fiber run to the house, router set up, and everything but still no service through the main line that feeds the individual houses. Been waiting a month. 34th and Martin Ave. All my neighbors are on hold too. What is going on?

I’ve been staying with a friend in Carrol County for a coupla months and using Quantum Internet. The customer service is good but the internet takes me back to 1998. I work remotely and every day I wake up praying to not have any issues. In the time I’ve been here, I have had to call them on five different occasions, go to their location once, and just went without internet on at least ten different occasions. I understand it’s going to be slower than what I’m use to but I don’t understand the constant interruptions to service.

Amazing customer service! sent an email when my internet went down. Jim responded as soon as the office opened with suggestions. when those failed, I was told a tech would be out that morning. 15 minutes later, there he was. Internet back up and running! Thank you!

I switched from Xfinity internet service last week, it was getting too expensive. Great speed for streaming on our living room tv, never had a dsl connection before. The service person wore a mask and was helpful when questioned about the new WiFi.

Quantum internet and telephone is a great company. The guys were working at the end of our driveway and on our way out I jokingly said to them “feel free to bring up the trash cans”. When we got home, the trash cans were brought to the garage! It made my day. Such great customer service. We are so glad to have them for our internet provider.

I have spoken with this company 2 times within the last few months about the quality of our internet speed is so bad. We constantly have issues with loosing connection to the internet and speed never being what we pay for. I speak with their techs and they argue about how speed tests are not accurate evidently but anywhere on the whole world wide web says otherwise? This is the worst customer service I have ever had to date. I have to say if you think you are getting what you pay for here you will be sadly mistaken. Hopefully in the future they will hire real technicians who don't lie for their company and respect their clients instead of being augmentative.Update: A tech of a different name came out to our business and saw the issue we were having who I will add was a very polite man compared to the prior and replaced our modem. Hopefully there will not be future issues with the new modem so I am changing my review to 3 out of 5. The gentleman that came today to fix this issue should be head of the tech after the respect he showed and agreed with the issues that another tech had said there were none.

To the Quantum guys who were in our neighborhood today working at the corner of our house, I was only kidding when I told you to bring in our trash cans and you guys actually did. What great guys and what a great company!

Switched from the big internet/phone provider after have to "reset" the router weekly. Since then only a minor issue here and there, but great speed. They also are pretty quick in responding to emails and are offering fiber now. I have a home based business and internet is essential, they have really hit a home run with me.

I am a business owner and switched to Quantum. The signal has been very weak and their support has not been able to fix the issues. The sales rep is blaming it on me; saying that I have too many devices.

There are many advantages to working with small businesses. The main ones being that smaller companies will try to work with you as an individual and they can make changes quickly as they have less red tape. Quantum went out of their way to help out our small business when we were in a difficult situation. Quantum chose to be fair to our business when they didn't have to be. Thanks for helping us out.

HORRIBLE. Techician came out and stated a line could be run from the outside box, along my porch and into living room to install internet. i asked him BEFORE he left if this could definitely be done. He stated yes. I get a phone call hours later from annabelle stating that unless there is permission from my landlord and access to the basement here (no basement as far as i know and if so it is in the neighbor's side of the duplex), they cannot install the line. SERIOUSLY? Smaller companies need to find a way to compromise with potential customers, as well as teach their people to double check things before saying it can be done. ABSOLUTELY not recommending this company to anyone and looking elsewhere
