Very friendly pharmacy has a old school feel To it I normally use my local pharmacy as the medication I needed was not available. Manchester was able to fill the prescription with no problems. Highly recommended new customer.?

John runs his pharmacy very professionally and makes you feel very comfortable. His staff are very respectful and knowledgeable and are always kind. This is the best independent family owned pharmacy in and around Manchester in my opinion! If you haven’t already make sure to give them a try! You will not be disappointed!!

Honestly, the place is a 5/5 for most people. Great service, nice people, quick fill times, gets to the bottom of insurance issues for you quickly, its all great and I cant say I've had a bad customer service experience. The rating I gave it was based on my personal experience: it's great unless you're someone outside of the "typical" lifestyle.Them not being open on Sunday and short hours all the other days means I had to stop going here. I dont quite understand why they arent open for like 2 hours on Sunday with a single pharmacist. They already close so early as it is, which is fine nobody wants to stay an extra hour for 3 customers and it would be a financial loss for a business, but there's no "relief valve" to accommodate those people left behind.I dislike going to the big box stores and would rather support small, local business. But when they don't want my business that Im actively trying to give to them, what am I supposed to do? Combine that with controlled substances being so difficult to transfer, especially on weekends when you'll have this trouble, and it becomes an absolute nightmare when you do have a problem. I really wish I could recommend them as I loved going here but its just not meant for everyone I guess?TL;DR- if you're someone with a long commute or non-standard hours, you'll have to look somewhere else. Wonderful people and place held back by questionable policy decisions.

I just completed my first dealing with Manchester Pharmacy and, on its basis, I can't say enough good about the owners, John and Jill Gleespen, and one of their pharmacists, Norman. The health department recommended this pharmacy to me on a Thursday as a place providing the Johnson & Johnson brand of the COVID vaccine because I wanted J & J only, no other brand, and I was having a very difficult time finding a place providing it. I contacted the pharmacy by email right away on that Thursday, John replied almost immediately (even though Jill and he were away for the weekend), and I was scheduled for a vaccination appointment only five days later on Tuesday. They made the process completely effortless and they couldn't have been nicer and more professional. I met Norman on Tuesday when he vaccinated me and, like John and Jill, he was extremely nice and professional. If I lived in Manchester, unquestionably, I would use this pharmacy exclusively.

This has been my pharmacy for many years now. I don't even live in Manchester, but will make the drive just to come here. They're that awesome! If they don't have what I need, they get it in no more than a couple of days, but usually less. Best pharmacy I've ever used. The only way I'd ever switch is if I move again.
